Mailboxes Plus

Went here to ship a package back to a dealer on eBay an I have to say I had a positive experience! The guy that works there is really nice he helped me form a tracking number and have me a copy to track it at home. The location is pretty small right on the corner of the suite right next to this restaurant called Lotus. They also have personally mailboxes that you can rent for a monthly fee. They ship USPS, UPS, FedEx, and more. Again small location but they can take care of any shipping job in the country or over seas. Open as late as the local post office and the personal mail boxes are open ²⁴⁄₇. Highly recommended if you live in the area and want to ship out something fast. The only con I can think of is that the parking is very limited there is only like 3 parking spaces so I would walk there or take the bus.

I’ve gone to Mailboxes Plus to get documents faxed several times but I will not go there anymore.
First, the customer service is a hit or miss. While the male worker has always provided bright, prompt, and friendly customer service, the female worker always appears moody and bored. The appearance of the store inside also makes the service seem unprofessional and not of the best quality.
They have two fax machines and there is always a problem with one of them. I once spent 20 minutes waiting to get 4 documents faxed because the owner/​worker had to do it over and over again.
The second reason why I will no longer go there is because PostNet near QFC offers the same service for a better price.
