I had a bit of an emergency last week and Northwest Frame Repair was wonderful. I broke an arm (or temple I guess it’s called) off of the glasses I use for work. I’m a dentist and really need them to see what I’m doing. I sent them in on a wednesday and the temple was replaced and returned by Saturday. All for only $ 35. The process was easy. You fill out a form on their website, pay through credit card and drop your glasses in the mail. They were fast, friendly and my glasses are good as new. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thanks!

I can’t say enough good things about NW Frame Repair. The service is excellent. I have sent the same pair of glasses for 2 different repairs. I love these glasses and I was so happy with the first repair that I didn’t hesitate to send them for the second time. My estimation of this company rose even further when I received an email informing me that another possible problem had been discovered and that it would also be fixed at no additional cost if I so elected. It is wonderful to have an alternative to having to purchase new frames, which, as any eyeglass wearer will tell you is quite pricey.
