I went to this location to purchase a phone. Fidel seemed nice. He ended up trying to sell me more than what I had came in for(typical). But once my husband joined me, Fidel started getting mouthy. He had made some comments that to me were very unprofessional, as if I couldn’t afford my bill. Only because my husband wants the best deal and will get it. He also made a comment to me stating«…don’t buy it if he will make you return it later because the restocking fee is…» EXCUSE me??? who does he think he is speaking like that. Let me say that people who try to push sales by saying the most irrelevant things should be fired. Eh well i guess sales people are pushy… but Guarantee they will not get our business.

the guy at desk… don’t remember the name of the guy… if I’m correct. …it is Damon … horrible. …only interested in making sales … if you go there with a problem that needs help… you will regret that you did… one of the cool perks from sprint apart from the scrappy network in bay area. …dealing with guys like these… stay clear. …stay clear

I’ve been with Sprint for over 3 years and never, ever had any type of trouble until I came to this store, thinking that they might needed my business because is a third party store and almost empty. It’s the worst customer service in the business. I refused to continue my business with them and now they won’t refund the $ 652.50 after I cancelled my order because of their poor customer service. Antonio, the manager, hang up on myself and a Sprint employee because she told him that they had to refund my money. This will not end here.

Extremely pleasant and helpful. Damean was very knowledgeable about Sprint and their equipment. Helped me right away(I was just getting a new dumbphone for my Mom), explained everything clearly and honestly. Very nice shopping experience.

I was helped by Edgar. I had a great experience upfront but got an unexpected charge due to a mistake he made and was told nothing can be done about it as they can not make account adjustments and to call Sprint Customer Support… WOW… I was signed up for a phone protection plan without my authorization. I specifically refused to sign for a protection plan. I would not go back. Tip: Though Sprint logos and store decorations and employee uniforms may suggest otherwise this is not a real Sprint store they will not be able to handle any account adjustments.

This store is great! What I love is how willing and able the staff are at going the extra mile for each and every customer. I am also impressed that they were willing to display my cell guards that protect people from cell phone radiation. They care about their customers health and safety as well as making sure that they have the best phone and plan for them.

Good Team over there. These guys were really knowledgeable compared to any other sprint store where there are new pushy sales people. A month ago they figured out how to fix a lot of issues related with my email and Gps in my Palm Pre. These are not just regular employees who sale or repair phones, they are really talented and techy people who are willing to help any customer. If there is something that Sprint Tech support cannot do, you shou7ld try to go there, you will be surprised how in this store always have a solution for you.

Don’t honor appointment times. Don’t OPEN on time! DON’T GO! I’ve been to the store twice. First time, appr. 2 months ago, I had a 4PM appointment. They had 2 staff people helping and I was the 5th customer. I waited 30 minutes before anyone could speak with me(despite appointment). But at that point, I got knowledgeable, educated help, and there was a help-wanted sign in the window, so I thought, well, anyone can have a bad day. Went last week. Store was supposed to open at 10AM. At 10:15AM the vendor next store saw three customers waiting and said«They never open on time. They won’t open until 10:15 or 10:30». HUH? I waited until 10:20, and ended up handing my phone over for repairs to an employee in the parking lot, who didn’t have keys! I picked up my phone several hours later and all fixed. Folks are competent here, but INCREDIBLYPOORMANAGEMENT. If I was with SPRINT corporate, I’d pull their license to operate. DON’t GO!

I’m posting again as I encountered a problem and wanted to recognize that although time has elapsed since my other issue, they’re still as outstanding as they were a year and 9 months ago. This store is a beacon of light in a night of sprint darkness. I’ve been with sprint over 10 years, and I’ve never come across a group of people so dedicated to making sure the customer is happy — not from any other phone company in the business. Sprint should study this store and use it as a template to turning around their customer service model.

I just came back from the Sprint store in Mountain View on my lunch break. As soon as I walked in, no greeting whatsoever from sales. The dude just stood there without even acknowledging me while he was assisting another customer at the register. A «hello’ would be nice or even a «I’ll be right with you.» But no. He even walked right past me but not even a glance. He totally ignored me. Asshole. Why should I be the one to grab your attention? When I’m clearly the customer! I walked around and proceeded to head near the Samsung Instinct model and well, to my dismay. it’s a dummy phone. It’s not even a live phone where I can maneuver around and check out its functions and perks. Boo. Well, I still stood around hoping to get some assistance, but no luck. Hey, I gave it another chance and well, no thanks. What a waste of my time. I don’t know why this place keeps getting these 5 star reviews. Smells like *trolls* without pictures in their profiles.

I wanted to let you know how awesome and helpful the staff at this store was! I was impressed with they aren’t considered a «real» Sprint store, however, they’ve provided me with better service than a «real» Sprint store. In particular, their employee, Bijan, was extremely thorough, helpful and courteous. He took the time to troubleshoot my phone and thoroughly explain my options. The only solution was to replace it and he told me about the free manufacturer warranty. Yeah! He saved me lots of time and money and headache! I read the 1st review and was surprised. When I walked in, they’ve helped me as soon as they finished with the first customers.
