I lost my phone in NY in a cab and was bummed last week. I jumped into this store and they were very helpful in educating me on Verizon phones as I was tired of the At&T service. I’ve had to wait hours for service at the AT&T stores for my iPhone in the past, but the people I interacted with here were very courteous, helpful and looked online for the exact model I wanted (didn’t jot down the model at home but were patient to look for it for me from my vague description.) I did have to call the store back for a few questions after I went home and they stayed on the phone with me to patiently help me operate unfamiliar functionality. It was refreshing to get this kind of service and I will never go back to the AT&T stores again. I’m now on a better plan with more min. and data, yay!!!

I bought a phone and service here… I wasn’t at all satisfied (full disclosure; I was switching away from my beloved iPhone.) and they resorted to every last bit of fine print to squeeze every last dollars in fees, fines and not refunding for items I wanted to return.
Buyer beware!

THIS PLACE DESERVES NEGATIVE STARS!!!
This place is full of rude and clueless associates who only care about stealing your money and screwing you over.
I bought an item there under the assumption it could be returned if I wasn’t satisfied– I go to return it and all of a sudden that is the ONE item in their entire stock they DONT accept as a return.
Long story short– I drove all the way there to return an item I had for two days and the associate pulled this BS and said it’s non returnable! Now I am stuck with a product that I don’t want AND a two year contract!
DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES!
