Just stopped by on our way to Arkansas and loved it! We had the turkey and brisket. The turkey was especially tender and juicy. Extremely clean and friendly service. Highly recommend!

The Colony, TX
This is a nice little place on the I-​30 access road. The nonsmoking dining room is nicely decorated, and it has a rustic look. The meat was tender and juicy and they were not stingy with the portions at all. The sauce was the only part we didn’t like very much, but we still really enjoyed the restaurant and will be back.

My wife and I stopped in on our way from Dallas to Little Rock on Sat night. I have had a lot of BBQ in my 58 years, but that was the most tender Brisket I have EVER had along with the loaded baked potato. Also terrific folks own and run this cozy restaurant. Don’t miss it! We will be back soon!

One of those spots that the locals know and travelers have not found… yet. Local owners, slow cooked BBQ and friendly diners make for a quick, enjoyable stop traveling. Don’t be surprised if you see the MV mayor and family eating here. We did!
