Sports Authority

Did not have my coupons at time of purchase. It was a big purchase and $ 40+ worth of savings.
The cashier assured me that I could bring the coupons later that week and still get my cash back.
I was hesitant about it. But behold… they followed through on it, and I got my cash back when I presented my receipts and coupons. I’d shop here again over Dicks Sporting Goods, just for that service.

bad customer service. I called twice to make sure that item was there, asked to talked to manager and he assure me the it was at the store. Drove 1.5 hours in bad weather just to find out that item was not marked as sold and somebody at this location sold it. I was offed dry sorry and that was the end of it. Do not buy here!

This Sports Authority is pretty standard.
Since the renovation of the Randhurst Mall area this is one of the first stores I’ve been to. This Sports Authority is set up like any of the other chains. I don’t usually purchase many things in person anymore but it is nice to be able to go somewhere feel things and try them on if you want. I was here for the Hustle 4 Hungary packet pickup that Sports Authority had sponsored. With the sponsorship they provided some coupons that I utilized. The staff was helpful and my experience was as decent as it could be at any other Sports Authority.

It’s your typical sports authority, nothing really worth mentioning. They have dressing rooms in the middle of their clothing section, better to describe it as a dressing room for mens and a dressing room for womens. The staff was friendly, so I won’t rate anything bad about this location. Just sucks that their prices are highway robbery. You can get most of their apparel and equipment a lot cheaper online.

I went to the store and front lady was asking me about sign up deal and I said «no thanks». She started acting like «pissed about it». I do not want to come back again. It is very rude to act like little kid. She did not even say thank you or nothing when she is handing me a reciept.

Unilocal always has this $ 10 off for $ 50 purchase when you check-​in. It sucks you in because I am a huge Under Armour fan and I can’t seem to get enough. If you never been to Sports Authority, they have pretty good deals and the first purchase when you sign up for the league, you get $ 5 off your next purchase plus another $ 10 with another coupon… so I got an Under Armour hoodie for $ 38 after tax with msrp at $ 54.99…good stuff :)

I have been coming to this store ever since it was located across the street from where it is now.
Since they built the new place it always look good, clean, and the staff is always super friendly.
The main things I usually come here for is tennis supplies (strings, shoes, balls, grips), sports bands, snowboarding/​skiing clothes, and sometimes when they have a good deal for workout clothes.
The tennis stuff is always up to date and has a good variety. There is a specific grip that I prefer and they always carry the newest version of it. They also restring your racket for free if you buy the string at their store! I’ve even come in with strings I previously bought with them caz there was a deal and they restrung my racket for free still. Granted I’ve been stinging my rackets there for about 8 years now and they may recognize me.
The shoes do not usually have an enormous selection, but there is usually something you can find that you like, especially running shoes. They have the newest and most popular running shoes usually.
The staff is a mix of younger and older people with good spirits. They do not always have all the answer to all of your questions, but I’m okay with that.
The prices on clothes are a bit high, but they frequently have sales and coupon cellphone applications such as geoqpons on android always has a coupon for the store.
I expect it to get even better when randhurt mall reopens.
