I’ve gone here for coloring/​cuts the past few months and I am really happy with the results! The prices aren’t bad at all compared to a lot of places. Really friendly people over the phone and in person. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

The price includes shampoo AND cut. When I walked in I was seated and asked how I wanted my hair cut and I told her. I had dry ends which is the main reason I stopped in for a cut. She totally skipped the shampooing and just started cutting my hair. I thought that was strange but I didn’t say anything hoping the pricing would be lower. When I mentioned my dry ends she started talking to me about products and I was offered to «try» a cleansing conditioner by Redken and I said yes. My hair was conditioned after the cut. When I went to pay I was still charged $ 17 and when I asked her why when she didn’t shampoo it she said that’s the standard price whether I get shampooed or not. SO, if you come here don’t assume that you’ll get shampooed because according to her «every client is different». If I knew that shampooing came included with the cut then I expect my hair to be shampooed before the cut. I guess I should have said something before but now I’ll know for next time (if I come back). Every time I get my hair cut from anywhere I ALWAYS get shampooed and conditioned BEFORE they cut my hair. Just saying.

SUPER impressed with this place. My aunt, who always looks like a million bucks from head to toe, suggested I go here to see Gina. I was shocked when she did, considering I’ve only known her to use high end salons spending hundreds on her hair. But seeing her latest cut, I decided to give them a try. I also decided to treat my mom to a cut considering how inexpensive the cuts are here. WOW. I’m completely blown away. Mom and I both walked out with cuts I only thought possible downtown. And Gina is only two years out of school? Feel like I just struck gold!

Details:
Been going here for months now. I have had Jessica, Elena, and Rita color my hair. Jessica was the best but she left. Elena is great, too. Ask for Elena when you come by. Rita, is nice but she a bit lazy & works sloppily and haphazardly. Elena is great! She explains to you what she is doing and she makes sure your hair is well conditioned after.
+ Ask for Elena. She is great!
+ $ 45 for hair color which includes shampoo and blow dry (Cheap compared to other overpriced businesses)
The biggest minus:
— They DO NOT accept appointments. Weird for a hair salon. I called several times to set up appointments and they said they do not accept appointments and to «just show up». (Just ask when Elena is working and show up that day. There MIGHT be a chance that you can get her if she’s not busy.)

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I refuse to pay ridiculous prices for a haircut. They do a great job here. Wanda has such a soothing and calm touch that i just want to fall asleep in her chair. I highly recommend wanda, elena, or martha. They have all cut my hair over the years and i am always happy with the results!

I’ve been going to Amanda for years and she always takes my hair from good to great! She is always friendly and makes the appointment a joy. She also loves to have fun with new colors and cuts (not just on me when I’m feeling brave, but on other clients when they ask). When people compliment me on my hair, I tell them where I go and they always say that they thought I went to an overpriced-​but-​will-​remain-​nameless-​in-​this-​review salon. You get great quality and service at really good prices. I actually followed Amanda here from another salon and as long as she says put, I will too!
