Amazing facility. Heated in winter, cooled in summer. Water is chilled in summer and heated in winter for horses. Heated lounge with working dishwasher, oven, and fridge/​freezer. Two heated/​cooled bathrooms. Miles upon miles of trails. Quiet and usually vacant. Horses are well fed and always watched over. Amazing view. Clean facility. Bathing unit has a heat lamp for faster drying after your horses bath. Trainers may be brought in. People are always polite. An amazing boarding facility
