Lunch was awesome; tastefully displayed. Very friendly staff n quick service. Can’t wait to return for breakfast. Too many desserts n pastries to choose. Best kept secret in Morgan Hill!!!

Great restaurant. Looked on Unilocal to find something different. The bakery has yummy desserts too. Homemade jellies and scones. Great service. I had the Wally, my husband had the bacon waffle as recommended by our server Ryan. We will be back.

I finally made it here for breakfast and went twice this month. Scrambled egg breakfast with bacon was very, very good. Eggs came out perfect, quality bacon and side of very fresh fruit.
My next visit, I tried the Granny Panini scrambled egg sandwich with brie and jalapeño sauce. I was skeptical not usually liking brie or jalapeño sauce much, but the flavors were very subtle and DELICIOUS together. Also had the banana nut muffin which was light and airy. Yum, Yum, Yum.
I also purchased the Kiwi jam and love it as well. Has a tart, slightly sweet flavor and a nice change from the usual berry jams.

So so awesome! The food is amazing! Great service! And, the desserts… Yummmm! Judy was out server and was did a truly outstanding job! Thanks so glad I found this place

The customer service alone is A1. I tried a bacon waffle and it is the bomb! I don’t live here but next time I come back this will be going back!

We love this place. The food is so fresh, the service is phenomenal and the setting is clean, quaint, and welcoming.
All meals cooked to order. The fresh selection of sweets is too much for this dessert lover. I could easily eat everything on the menu.
We are regulars and cannot speak highly enough about Josephine’s.
Recently I’ve been popping in for the cakes. Just finished a cookies and cream cake and a chocolate raspberry cake. The prices are so reasonable, I honestly think they could charge double.
I see a loyal following in this place with many regular faces. Kerry welcomes everyone like they are family. You have to try this great family bakery.
And…if you get there before I do, don’t take the last cookies and cream cake

Josephine’s bakery is awesome! They gave me exactly what I asked for… a super hero birthday cake for my son. They checked and double checked with me to make sure they gave me exactly what I wanted. On top of that, they did it last minute for me when I gave them only two days warning. Thank you!!!

Recently moved to Morgan Hill and tried this place with visiting family members. Great everything! I’ve been back several times since and the family wants to go every time they visit now. We purchased a coconut cream pie for the holidays that was amazing!

Once again, consistent quality and the freshest ingredients! Fast becoming our favorite go-​to sandwich house! Friendly service n great baked goods!

My family absolutely loves this place! Everything is delicious and such a great value (some dishes come with a free pastry item)! You have to try the apricot or poppyseed scone, they come to you warm with their homemade preserves (my mom loves them so much she will eat them plain)! The ranch is delicious and is so filling you may want to take half of it home since they serve it with fruit as well. The service is great too and the food comes out quickly but of course they won’t push you out the door. Great place!

I’ve been here twice and it’s been excellent both times. Great freshly made food, great service, and charming atmosphere. It’s a little small but has outside seating when the weather’s nice.

Today was our first visit for breakfast and it was terrific in every way, They were busy but seated us immediately. Great coffee, I had the steak and scrambled eggs for breakfast and it was really great. The steak was very flavorful and tender, scrambled eggs just right. I also had an apricot scone which wasalso great. My bride had a sandwich and she thought it was excellent also. We will be back. All the staff showed a lot of interest in the customers, and that’s refreshing.

Such a delicious and refreshing experience! The food was excellent, very fresh and super flavorful. The croissant breakfast sandwich was buttery and cheesy and the Belgian waffle was to die for. Loved the bright ambiance and beautiful décor, we’ll definitely be back! We even took home a strawberry jam :)

Neat little underground bakery in Morgan Hill! Hubby got a super rich, dense chocolate cake for my birthday yesterday. He went in at 7am, and they had it ready for him to pickup at 3:15pm. The cake was awesome! The ganache was rich and smooth, the filling was light and chocolate-​y, and the cake was moist and dense.
The cupcakes weren’t as good, in my opinion, but I’ve learned that I don’t really like cupcakes. They are never as moist (is there a synonym for moist? I really need an alternative to that word…) as cakes, and don’t have the right cake-​to-​frosting ratio. But I digress…
Edit: We had to come here for breakfast. Got there right when they opened at 8am. The cinnamon roll was AMAZING! The banana muffin was also GREAT! And they served it with two homemade jams!
My egg sandwich on a croissant was just okay — a bit greasy, and the bacon was underdone for my liking. Hubby said his omelette was awesome. They also served everything with little fruit cups.
In summary, we will DEFINITELY be back for the pastries and cakes! Yum!!!

Decent coffee, tasty omelettes, and delicious pastries. The restaurant is spotless and the service is on point.

Fantastic food, fast, friendly service. A definite must. My new favorite bakery on Morgan Hill. You have to try the German Chocolate Cake… simply the best.

Really enjoyed taking our pup out to their spacious and shaded patio. Their fruit topped waffle was terrific, and steak and eggs were too. Wait staff were friendly and kept the coffee topped.

This place is a great find… We are in town for a wedding and found Josephine’s on Unilocal.You can believe everything you read about this place!

This is a great bakery. This is my 3^rd appearance here and I have not had one bad baked good yet. The scones, Cookies, cinnamon rolls, and muffins are and so fresh. Tonight we will try taking there small carrot cake with cream cheese frosting home for everyone.
A Morgan Hill hot spot. I’m not happy that I live directly across the street and in walking distance. (TEMPTATION)
