Genesis Concrete and Landscape

We had concrete work done which included the driveway, a patio area at the front of the house, and a walkway around the side of the house. All of the areas noted were demo’ed and rebar was installed. On the day of the pour a crew of 8 worked efficiently and made recommendations that enhanced the finished work. There was colored base in the ready mix. Another color was added over the surface and a pattern was impressed over the surface. Borders had a yet darker color added for contrast. After a period of curing, the surfaces were power washed and a sealer applied.
I am quite pleased with the look of the finished job. We have received several compliments from neighbors. Based on our experience, I would not hesitate to refer others to Genesis for concrete work. Not only did neighbors like the work, several asked for David’s card. He was helpful through all phases of the work.

This concrete contractor is horrible, I Had him lay 5 yards of concrete and 40 feet of sod. He did not realign my existing sprinkler system to cover the newly extended lawn and the concrete was lacking detail. Drain holes were formed very uneven and he left 12ft of 2X4 and told me to take them out in a month. The sod died turned yellow called him back and he said he was oing to change my sprinkler heads and never came back we talked several more times after that and till today he has not contacted me. I recently had another landscaper out to redo all the sod that was installed by David the owner of genesis concrete. Very unhappy with the quality and follow though of his work. Will never ever recommend him to anyone. Very very very awful work… And his price wasn’t the best I received 4 bids and his was the 2^nd highest so nw I know that paying more is not always a factor in getting a good company’s
