Worst service on valentine’s day! It took them 45 min before they acknowledge that we were there. We saw the busboy and waitresses passing by many times until we decided to ask if we were going to have a waitress to our table. At this point no drinks or water were even offered. Then one of the waitress came to our table and we finally ordered our drinks after the 45min. When the drinks came they were on plastic cups.(This is a restaurant not a fairground) I ordered a Margarita and my husband a beer. We look around, to my surprise everybody had their drinks on bottles or nice margaritas glasses. It made me feel uncomfortable and made me feel as if I was not a worthy customer. After we order our drinks, we asked the waitress if she could bring us in glassware. This is not appropriate customer service!!! Then after we had our food which at this point I didn’t know if I really was enjoying it, a girl with a security guard came and told us that if we wanted to stay sitting there that we had to pay extra $ 15 dollars per person or we had to move to the other side of restaurant. I didn’t think this was right since our beginning service was the worst we’ve ever had. They should of communiacated with customers thay they are going to have to pay extra of sitting in one side of the restaurant. My valentine’s day experience was ruined by this customer service. I will not recommend this place. Please change your policies in order for customers be satisfied or otherwise you will be loosing more customers.

Don’t ever go there… Sucks service sucks… Food sucks… Worst experience I ever had. I never leave a review, but this place really sucks and you should never go there

It’s my first visit here, came for taco Tuesday with my girlfriend. Was a little concerned because of the medium ratings. Walked in to a nearly empty restaurant, about 7 people in the bar area and that’s it. Now I’m really scared, a Mexican restaurant empty on taco Tuesday but we stayed anyone. The waitress was absolutely wonderful, she has been very prompt and courteous. Got our order quick, the food followed shortly after. She kept our drinks full and checked up regularly. The food was quite delish, we got the chicken nachos and really like them. Their salsa has a nice kick to it. Then ordered tacos, the chicken tacos were average but I really like the carnitas. My girlfriend really liked strawberry margarita, she said they definitely don’t skimp on the tequila haha. We wanted to try the deep fried ice cream but their freezer was broken… Bummer. But we ordered a churro instead and it was fresh. The server even added caramel drizzle for us. Very pleasant experience and we will be back for taco Tuesday again.

Today’s lunch was so yummy. We had the lunch special with the albondigas and taco! We topped it off with a Spicy Mango margarita. I have to say today’s service and food was on point.

We came here for drinks and the music. The entertainment was good and the drinks were delicious. The downside was that the menu was deceiving. We should have paid $ 39 according to their menu but ended up paying $ 48. The drink menu they had for us showed their happy hour prices not their regular prices. The back of the menu showed happy hour, but according to the waitress the whole menu was happy hour, that was the deceiving part. Also on a sidenote they charge $ 3 for water after 10 PM. As a entrepreneur I think it’s genius, but as a consumer I think it’s shitty. They state that after 10pm they are only allowed to serve bottled water. That just sucks for the designated drivers or people that don’t drink alcohol or soda.

Came for taco tuesday. Was there until Wednesday waiting for service. The food was not that good either.

Bad service. Coffee tasted like water. Good had no flavor. Gross will never go there again

Came here on a Saturday late morning. Went to the restroom to wash my hands and it smelled like sewage. Awful. Chips and salsa were good. Ordered fish tacos and they were not like any fish taco I’ve ever had. The fish was shredded/​broken into pieces aka very sparse. The Chipotle sauce on too was flavorful. Asked for whole beans and they didn’t have any. Asked for rice and salad instead, but plate still came out with refried beans. I probably won’t be back.

I came here and was served by Betty R, i had horrible customer service. The people next to came after and were served a bucket of beer and there mixed drinks way before we got ours. Come here if you like to be treated unfairly for not speakong spanish.

Food was great and service was definitely better than my last visit. We had a party of 12 and 3 servers constantly checked in with us to make sure everything was as ordered.

Came today for mothers day. there was no pozole. no hashbrowns no apple juice. we asked for oysters and was told by the waitress that if we were sure cause another table returned them. chips were finished. we asked 3 times for more and finally was told they didn’t have any more. food finally came and all of our plates were cold (5) and I mean shrimp that’s supposed to be hot was cold. eggs.beans. rice… etc… it was a shame. we did not eat that was way too many red flags. sad to say we wont be back!

Decided to give the place another try when we heard it was under new ownership. Glad we did! We went for happy hour. Restaurant was empty and only a hand few of people in the bar, but don’t let that stop you from sitting and eating. I know it gave us pause but we stayed and the food was delicious. It was fresh and authentic. We had some margaritas and they were excellent. The service was great. The bartender was our server and she was very attentive and helpful. If you have never been here you definitely need to try it. If you had been here previously and were disappointed like us you must try it again! Apparently new ownership puts priority on service unlike previously. There is also karaōke and live music that we can’t wait to come back for!

Came here for Cinco de Mayo and got the worst service ever ! I usually come here and it’s always good. They kept giving us the wrong order. And we got our food all at different times I even had to tell the lady to heat up my food. This used to be the go to spot. But I think I’ll only come here when I’m alone. I was sort of embarrassed bringing my friends here for the first time.

Came here for my moms bday because she said she wanted to lisen to banda. To start of we ordered food and the tortillas where cold asked the server to bring us new ones she never did. The rice was dry just no good. Then we asked for a beer she forgot about it had to tell her again like 20 min later. On top of all that our bill was way to high, blue moon 15dlls are you serious? The tip was added to our check like what the hell the service was horrible. Just a total waste of money and time. Never coming back and no one should till they fix this mess.

Came for karaōke on Thursday. Loved it. Great crowd good food and services. Good cantaritos :-)

Service was really slow. Husband got a dirty glass and had to remind the waitress about several forgotten items ordered. Ceviche was good but better with lemons\limes which I had to remind waitress to bring. Probably wont be back.

They hosted my 30^th surprise party this summer & it was so much fun! The service was amazing. They were very attentive to all of our guests. They had an impersonator that was quite entertaining. They have a small dance floor and their DJ was awesome! Thanks for a great time Caliente!

This place was closed for awhile and reopened under New Management and what a blessing. …the food and service is Great!!!

We got stale chips, then tried to order, and apparently the chicken fajita bowl I asked for (it was posted by the door) is a lunch special only, though it didn’t say that. So then she took my BFs order while I looked at the menu, and an appetizer menu and said she’d be back to get the dinner order. She never came back. Thankfully, out busser was great, and got our chips fixed, and even follow up to make sure they were good. Oh I thought I was crazy for my beer not tasting right, but when we got the bill, she brought me the wrong beer.
