I kept hearing how expensive Jersey Mikes was,…but the amount of meat on the italian. is well worth the extra $ …for that much meat at subway. I would have had to pay extra anyway! The employees were happy and upbeat… even though they were slammed. I will eat here again for sure!

I come here at least once a week and everytime I am satisfied with my order. The staff here is so friendly and give a warm welcome when I come in. Fresh subs and great customer service! Love how you have a tip option on the credit card transactions they really do deserve it!

This has to be best location that I’ve been to so far. The staff is super friendly and always have smiles on their faces. You can tell that it’s a genuine smile too not forced or phony. Roger the manager greets the regulars by first name which makes you feel welcomed. Overall good vibes here. I typically get the #13 but I’ve recently tried their cheesesteak which is super bomb. Yes Jersey Mike’s isn’t cheap but you get what you pay for. Jersey Mike’s greater than Subway.

Curb side service– I ordered my food online and went to pick it up but when I got there my 2 year old daughter fell asleep on the way. I called the store and asked if they would be so kind to bring my order(with soft drinks and chips) out to the car. Without hesitation the young man, Roger, said«of course!». Those of you who have kids understand that sleep is invaluable with your kids. I was so appreciative of them being so willing to go the extra mile! Not to mention the food was delicious! Thank you Roger and Jersey Mike Staff!

I have eaten at this Jersey Mikes many times and the sandwiches are consistently good. Unfortunately my experience today was sub par. Every empty table was dirty. A drink was spilled under one which was eventually cleaned up. The place was packed and noisy just from chatter. Some employee decided it was a good idea to crank up some grunge rock making me eat faster to get out of there. I’m betting the owner was not there. My rating is one star for today’s visit.

I was there not long a go, and I was very pleased with the food, the guy who did my sandwich wanst that helpful or maybe it was me, because im more like a subway person, but the cashier was very nice, so overall I will still return!

Unless you have at least 30 min to spare and a lot of patience, don’t ever go during peak hours(ie lunch). It turns out their philosophy is to put the new employee at the sandwich section by him/herself to learn the job. Regardless if there is a line with 20 customers. «That’s how they learn» told me one of the clerks. One day it took me 35 minutes to get a sandwich and the other day 30. And that was just with like 6 – 7 customers in front of me. I’m not in the restaurant business but that doesn’t make sense to me. Now when I go back(if I ever do) and it’s busy, I am gonna have to first ask if the one making the sandwiches is being trained!

Very disappointed! Place is dirty, floor tables and you can see their counters. Customer service not very good, sandwich was ok.

Been to a lot of Jersey Mikes since the started sprouting up in ventura county.. i like this one because of the family that runs it. Lately we haven’t seen too much of them and i think that is when the«not so good» sevice shows. I love how one of the guys tries to remember our order each time. Always fun to talk to. I think that is important when you are paying the high price of these subs. With not that many food options in Moorpark, this is one of the better options.

I grabbed a quick lunch but forgot Mike’s isn’t cheap. I got the #13 The Original Italian with Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni I added pepperchini’s had it mikes way with no onions all the meats and cheese is sliced to order too. They were training a new guy which wasn’t an issue everything looked clean and well kept. over all i think Subway outshines Jersey Mike’s, but my new favorite in this arena is still Jimmy Johns. This is the second time I have been here it is consistent, and tasted good.

Great service. Had the supreme club sandwich Mikey’s way. Didn’t go wrong with my choice.

I love the sandwiches there. My only gripe is when checking via credit card. Before you swipe your card, you have to opt in/out of adding a tip to the bill. When don’t add a tip there is a bit of shaming by the staff. It feels a little bit like panhandling to me. And I’m an ex restaurant worker. This is a fast casual restaurant, not a sit down and order place. Therefore, I don’t really feel like a tip is required, nor should there be a prompt prior to checkout. It doesn’t stop me from going, but it does make the process a little uncomfortable.

While Jersey Mike’s is supposed to be much better than Subway, I find that the latest improvements in bread and ingredients at Subway outshine Jersey Mike’s. The cost at Jersey Mike’s is much more compared to Subway. The chicken sandwich we had was not chicken breast but thin shredded chicken. The bread was ok, not great. Service was fair. Even their chocolate chip cookies are not as good as Subway.

Always fresh veggies, always moist rolls, and most importantly the staff works hard at making you happy! I couldn’t ask for a better place to stop and get a quick sandwich for lunch. Particularly enjoy the original Italian but most all sandwiches are great. Shore points slow you to accumulate free sandwiches and things are always clean. A great environment!

As others before me have said, Jersey Mike’s isn’t cheap. But when you realize the amount of food you get, the quality of the ingredients, and the fact that the meat is fresh sliced right onto your sandwich, there is no turning back. I don’t know anyone else that gives you a cold cut that was sliced less than a minute before it hits your mouth in the area, or even on the west coast. We have tried many different sandwiches and all of them were great no complaints, just be ready to drop a few bucks on your meal.
