Horrible customer service. The manager told me he did not like doing business of locals, sorry I was having some house work done, and priceline set me up with this hotel. ISorry me saving there provide food and shelter, and your pay check. The worst customer service I have ever experience. I stayed two hours left, the manager had me so upset. He one said I lied never called the hotel at 810 am about an early check inn. He told me anyone can call a number… then said I never spoke to the only man work there him, then told me to connect priceline to get a refund, then he said he doesn’t like the locals we are trouble. that is why he doesn’t rent to us… He just lost my business and hope everyone else in Mooresville.

It may be an older motel but very nicely maintain. Clean, with friendly staff. After we checked in they called to see how our room was and if we needed anything. Very pleased.

Stayed there for three nights for ~$ 55 a night traveling with my fiancé. It’s fine. Its not the Holiday Inn by any means. But its also half the price of the Holiday Inn, so you should expect that when staying here. We wanted to save money and didn’t care about old décor so it served its purpose. Nice pool area. I stayed somewhere else the next time I was in the area(as the desk guy was kind of rude) but the hotel itself is on par with other $ 50 a night hotels in the area. We tried to check in an hour early, and the front desk guy(maybe owner? It appears to be a family that owns this motel) told me that the room wasn’t ready yet(one king bed). I asked if he could switch our reservation to a room that was already clean, but he said none were available yet(we were only an hour early, one HAD to be done somewhere, the place was empty). I had a feeling he was just being an authoritarian jerk, so after five minutes of banter, he called someone and we were able to get into the room. The air was super stuffy inside, like the door hadn’t been opened in a week. The hotel was empty the entire time we were there too, making it astonishingly hard to believe how«busy they had been» the night before. Whatever, we got in, it was just irritating to be blatantly lied to because he was on a power trip about check in times in an empty hotel. The room itself was darkly lit and had your standard old-style motel décor, but big enough. The sink was clean, the bathroom was cleaned the best it could be(peeling paint, old tile, old dingey light fixture, etc). The toilet had some issues flushing. I’ve seen better cont. breakfasts, the cream cheese packet I had seemed to have sat out a really long time, then was refrigerated, the back out, and this had happened many times over the course of the packet’s life to the point of curdling and gaining a sandy texture. Stick to non-spoilable items(milk included– this also sits out all morning). The pool was nice, clean, we didn’t figure out it was there until the last day though(its on the south side of the building). It’s a small rectangle pool with a deep end, not much for kids to do or room to play though.
