Spectra Associates

I became an HOA Board member last year and the first order of business was OUT with the old unresponsive management company. After interviewing several companies the Board selected Spectra Associates and things began to turn around immediately!
As soon as Sasoon came on board, we started getting things done. In the past, our HOA spent a lot of time talking about what needed to be done but never actually figuring out how to move forward. Sasoon provided the missing ingredient of a professional third party to coordinate and follow through on the things necessary to bring our ideas to fruition. Sasoon oversaw every step of the process from obtaining bids, coordinating appointments to even meeting some of the vendors onsite as needed.
The other positive change noted by the homeowners in general is the kind attitude from their office. Phone calls and emails are replied to quickly and things actually getting done, imagine that!
