Knowledgeable staff. We brought in a lacquer painting we bought on vacation and they found the perfect frame for it. It enhanced the painting.
Going back today to frame some family photos.

RUDE. I didn’t get any framing done here because I walked in wearing sweatpants — apparently this was inappropriate (in truth: it was obvious she thought I looked too poor!) enough that the woman who works here rolled her eyes at me and was super rude when I asked her a couple questions. All in all was enough to make sure I felt entirely unwelcome.

Excellent selection, knowledgeable staff and an all around easy experience. I brought in some vintage prints to get framed and they walked me through the process and helped me find just what I wanted.
