I’m a big fan of mom-​n-​pop shops, and this place has tons of charm. Most importantly though they have MASSIVE selection. Fancy pens, art supplies, candles… you name it, it’s crazy how much they’ve crammed into this place. That said, beware, it may be a little difficult to find exactly what you’re looking for. But that’s actually where these guys shine. Their customer service.
I had a pen that was given to me by a close friend after college, and I couldn’t find a refill for it at any of the big chain places. On a whim I stopped in and asked the owner and she actually went out of her way to order a refill just for me. Imagine, that, a store willing to place special orders for your needs. I took a look around and it looks like they’re willing to do that for all their fancy stationery too. Pretty awesome. I’ll be back. More convenient than driving all the way out to the big box stores too.
