the work the installers was good
the first day they were suppose to show up to start the job no one showed up I had to call only to find out they would not come out. the day they did start only one person cam out for the first part of day. each day they came out it was after 9:00. they order the wrong size window had to wait two weeks for that window. when I call they had more excuse and told me not to worry or be concern. i had to call everyday because of issue. most of time would have to leave a message and would wait days for a return call. I had to call the finance company to help move things along. I have filed a complaint with SAMS club and BBB. they still owe me a refund. WARNING DO NOT USE THESE COMPANY

This review is solely based on their marketing tactics. I have received over 100 phone calls over the past 6 months from Bear Home Improvements. I regret giving them my information. I already told them I wasn’t interested and blocked their numbers, yet the calls keep pouring in.

I spoke with John L., initially. John was very knowledgeable and professional, but my wife and I decided it just wasn’t in the budget to get the work done. Our cedar siding, only 6 years old, was faded, splintering, and even beginning to rot in some places. We loved Hardie Staggered Shake Siding, and ultimately, with the help of an amazing team, got it done within our budget. They did a fantastic job and our home looks new again. I used to sell Home Improvement products, which was instrumental in finely tuning my b.s. detector and this company didn’t try to get over on me in any way. John is a true professional, Sharise was so helpful and went so far out of her way to assist in any and all requests, Mickey returned all of my calls with uncommon promptness and Andrea, you rock too, you made some decisions that thoroughly demonstrated that your heart is in it and you care about things that go far beyond just making the sale. Your integrity is uncommon in the field of Home Improvement and we totally appreciate all you’ve done! We have received compliments from everyone that laid eyes on our home and will undoubtedly receive more. If anyone reading this review is on the fence and as I was, trying to decide between two or more companies, look no further!
