I’d like to thank Andy Gavin at Chicago crawlspace for coming out so quick after phone conversation and being ready to work on the spot without all the side talk and milking most contractors do. Andy was very thorough and patient with explaining everything to my wife and again with me over the phone while I was at work. The job was completed and water tested. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. I would recommend Andy for his professionalism and quality of work. Thanks again Andy.

I wanted to share my experience of the level of service I received from Chicago Crawlspace & Basement Pros I had about 1 – 2 inches of standing water in my basement after frivolous attempts at vacuuming the mess up frustrated I called company «P» to come out to fix my foundation crack to find out they wanted close to $ 600 for the job and wouldn’t be able to come out for six weeks!!! then I called Chicago Crawlspace & Basement Pros and Andy Was able to fix my leaking crack the SAME DAY!!! and Saved me Hundreds all while being Professional and explaining every step of the process putting me at ease I can’t thank Andy enough and Chicago Crawlspace & Basement Pros you guys really make everyone else look like amateurs
