This business is all heart! The guys are super passionate about biking and very helpful in assisting customers. They have a great selection of bikes and helped me with first my MS150 race! Love the store, the people and customer service. They worked with me on the price, and maintenance. Also Mr. Shannon, came outside with me and watched me ride the bike and gave me great tips. Their passion made me a cyclist for life.

I got real lucky moving to Sugar Land from SoCal in many respects. This shop is on the list as a reason I love this area. The mechanics are simply the best, highly competent, and super cool. They provide solid tips and great service whenever I visit. Also, I purchased a BMCSL01 full Ultegra from Sugar Cycles and got a great deal for it. Highly recommend this shop!

said my voucher only applied to labor but not parts. nothing on the voucher stated this. kind of curious now what would have happened if i tried to buy a part off the rack. also got the Unilocal voucher coupon with other existing they have have out, so they couldn’t even get that straight. have a feeling i was given a run around answer. i could have just gone elsewhere if not for the voucher savings

Helpful, nice people. Only problem was they are way too overpriced for what they offer. EVERYTHING you see in there is more expensive than your alternatives(local bike shops in Stafford or Houston, the internet, etc). They charged me $ 55 for«our most basic tune up» for my brand new mountain bike. $ 55 base price. WOW. I thought they were joking. This is $ 30 max at even higher end stores inside the loop. It’s not hard, it doesn’t take much time and it takes not a whole lot of bike-specific knowledge to do. I will be doing it myself from now on. If this place got way better prices, I’d give them one or two more stars because they are great people and have decent gear and knowledge.

You’d better like Specialized at this location, because that’s all they sell. Thankfully, that’s what I ride. I haven’t found any killer deals at this shop, but you get what you pay for; they know what they’re doing, they’ll teach you what you need to know, and they know Specialized bikes better than anyone else I’ve come across. After taking my bike all over town, I’ve come to realize that the best mechanics are down the street from me in this shop. There is a group that rides out of this store, but you need to be fast in order to keep up with them. They dropped me like a dirty sock halfway through Sienna Plantation, but it was fun trying.

Great bikes, service, and advice can be found at Sugar Cycles. For top of the line Specialized bikes including the full S-Works line this is the place to go in the Houston area. Have always received top-notch service and can’t recommend them highly enough.

This location is the closest bike shop to me and the guys and gals are always helpful. This is a good place whether you are a cyclist or tri-athlete because they do carry some tri stuff as well. I picked up an X Lab carbon sonic and carbon bottle cages only a few days before a big event and I’m glad I had it. I see some of the guys out on local rides and at the races, its good to have people around the shop who actually ride and know more than I do, which isn’t a ton. So glad I don’t have to go into Houston everytime I need something! I’d give 5 stars if they only carried Cervelo! Great shop none the less

This is a large bike shop that carries tons of Specialized bicycles. Great staff, very helpful, friendly, highly recommend either one of these shops depending on what type of bike your looking for.

Would have given 5 stars if they had wider selection of bikes, but I guess that’s the downside to being a Specialized concept store. The mechanics in this shop are fantastic. They are friendly and helpful and do great work. They’ve ordered parts for me, they’ve installed parts I brought in, and they really came through for me when my bike was totaled(by no fault of the shop). They gave me a loaner bike(Specialized Roubaix) while I waited for my replacement bike to come in, and got me a great deal. There’s plenty of seating by the shop if you want to hang out, and it’s set up so that you can watch everything the guys are doing. They’ll even give you coaching to learn how to do repairs yourself. I have to drive a little further, but if I want it done right, I can guarantee that will happen here.

This seems like a nice, clean shop, well laid out. Decent selection of Specialized bikes with a few of the brands that they sell at their other store mixed in. The guy I spoke with was nice. He offered to bring one off the rack for me and/or test ride if I wanted, but didn’t give me a lot of information on the bikes or the components. He just basically categorized them as low end, middle of the road and high end bikes. I’m not a big fan of the new Specialized designs, so there really wasn’t much that I liked. I guess I’d have to say I’d give this place a chance if I liked Specialized. I didn’t deal with the repair shop so I can’t comment on the quality in the back of the house.
