I give the facility it self a 4 the customer service a 1 The cardio machines are a bit outdated, you can hook up you iPhone unless it’s the old 4 version. I got the 1 month trail online and purchased the $ 25 groupon for my 12yo cousin. When we came into sign up the individual who attended us asked if my cousin had any intention of signing up after the trail was over, I let him know that that would depend on if she commits to coming to the gym, I wanted to use the trail to see is this is so thing she will use and not just do once. He was signing up another person at the same time and was a bit rushed. I asked about group classes and he said he would show us around after the paper work. He never did. I had a rather rude encounter with a man there. While on the treadmill my 12 yo had difficulty turning it on as it was her first time, I hopped off my treadmill to adjust her control and a man jumped on my with my cellphone and all thing still on the machine and told him«excuse me I’m on that machine I’m just showing her how to use the machine. „The man barked at me rather loudly and Rudely“ well I don’t see you on it!!» The more I tried to explain I just jumped off for a second the louder he got. Yet no employee took a second to see what was going on. This is a pretty small gym I don’t see how they missed this. I have been to 24hr, ballys(long time ago) , and dynamic fitness. I have never felt so belittled by a fellow gym goer and I have never had a gym employee ignore me as much as the one here did. I feel it doesn’t matter what equipment this gym has if no is bothering to help explain what these machines do I feel like this is not a gym for people who do not know what or how the machines operate. At the end my 12yo has scared of that man who spoke to us rudely and did not want to work out any where near him(again this is a small gym) which made it difficult to enjoy our workout.

Too Legit to Quit! Man being a new Snap Member I was content with my Meyerland spot. Decided to venture out to the Highway 6 location and man was I glad I did. It was like a muscle head’s playground. So much stuff! Parking is plentiful and great. If you are a Snap member you have access to any of the locations across the globe. So your access card will get you into any of them so swipe away. I walked in and was like is this real!!! You enter the main room and it is a typical Snap with cardio equipment, machines, free weights, etc. The treat here is they have a tanning bed and two magical rooms with cross fit stuff and functional training for like boot camps. Huge tires, etc. I was like here we go! They even have a water fountain in the back along with the various drinks you can purchase. Same olé towel service which is nice. No showers or locker room so basic restroom. The only reason I did not give the spot 5 stars was because there were no cleaning supplies: cleaner and paper towels or wipes to sanitize the equipment when you get done. Besides that it was a great experience and value. Killed it Snap Mo City!

I’ve been to every single gym within a 10 mile radius of Missouri City and Sugar Land, and I can honestly say this was one of my favorite ones. It’s a small local hip gym for friendly neighborhood families but still catering to people who actually want to lift by having all the barbell and olympic equipments. There were multiple times I went where I was the only person or one of two people in there. It’s also not staffed after 8pm, and so you enter yourself by swiping this electronic key at the door to unlock it. Good things about this place: 1) they have bumper plates for oly lifts 2) you’re allowed to use chalk 3) they have all the equipment you need(deadlift belt, weighted chain belt, yoga mats, etc.) 4) not crowded 5) TVs showing NBA/NFL games so you can watch during your rest periods 6) complimentary towels 7) really nice stretching/yoga/plyo room 8) everyone re-racks the weights and put everything back all the time Bad things about this place: 1) price; I did the one month trial for 8.95 and cancelled afterwards because it would’ve costed ~40/month 2) there was no where to do dips 3) there’s only one squat rack, one bench, and no incline bench for barbell(although there’s never been more than one person in the gym at a time to where I would have to wait) Overall, the good far outweighs the bad, and it’s a great local gym. It’s still a growing brand, and I know they’re taking feedback and looking to add more equipment to make it even better. I recommend checking it out.

Great gym for people who don’t want all the hassle that comes along with a big gym membership. Membership fees are very reasonable. The selection of equipment is nice, they have plenty of cardio machines. They have plenty of free weights. There is never a wait on any of the machines. It’s a very clean place, they provide disinfectant wipes to clean the machines. They also provide gym towels. The owner is a nice guy. You’re provided with a card key which allows you to enter. So even after hours you’re able to go in to work out. The only thing that may turn some people off is they do not have showers. Which isn’t a huge deal for me.
