Paint Party Place

Soooo happy that I came here! I was invited by my church group to come here earlier tonight. It doesn’t have to be by pairs (which I like wayyyy better to bring an odd number group or if you are single or simply want to go alone, you won’t feel so alone).
The place is tucked inside the Township square of mo city. Wasn’t too hard to find and I find the outside quite interesting and adorable. When you walk in, they have the tables, canvas and other materials ready for you. You will definitely notice the unique and amazing artwork hung on the walls. When you come in you are greeted and told to put on an apron. Pick a seat that you are comfortable with. I sat in the middle of the table.
For this painting party session, we were learning how to paint Leo the Lion. And yes it is BYOB so bring your drinks! The instructor began the class and stood her artwork against the wall as a display and so that we can paint along. I enjoyed the instructor. You can tell she have the passion for art and seeing others be engage in the activity (even if you think your painting skills suck). She would walk around and give pointers and help out. Quirky and passionate art lady that I would definitely be back to participate in another class. She also had an awesome assistant that was nice enough to change out our paper towels and such. After you are finished you are allowed to take pictures with your group and the whole class. The photos would be available on their website where you can steal if you like for memories.
Overall, my experience here was fun and worthwhile. I enjoy painting and being creative and seeing others too! Definitely be back for other painting classes and hopefully with more friends!
P. S. It doesn’t matter if you think you are not creative or good at art, the experience is worth it. So grab your best friends, bring your drinks, and have fun!

What a fabulous and fun locally and independently owned and operated! Bren was a wonderful hostess and instructor. She was warm, welcoming, customer focused, and down to earth. Once our date night was over, we immediately booked a private birthday party. Highly recommend!!!÷

Awesome place my wife and I went here. We were the only ones in the class to sign up for the night lesson. Our teacher decided to stay and teach us despite no other students. We had a blast! We would highly recommend!

Having done the painting thing at a couple of other places in town, when my wife suggested that we go here for a date night, I obliged. After all, my team played late that night and they promised to have a computer set up in the corner of the studio to check scores. PPP knows how to speak to husbands. ;)
What we walked into was a different painting experience than the corporate studios we’ve been to. Here, we were painting with the owner, and instead of being crammed into a space with 50 other couples, we were maybe 6 in total. There’s space for them to handle more people (and I am sure they do on non-​college football Saturday nights), but it was really nice to get some one on one attention. She seems intent on making sure you end up with a good looking piece of art.
And that’s why I give PPP 5 stars. I get frustrated easily trying to keep up at these drink & paint studios, and in a large class you don’t get much attention. Here you are shown actual technique and the teacher spends the time to make sure you get your picture looking like something you want to hang in the living room. When she sensed that I was getting frustrated, she helped me understand what I was doing wrong and showed me how to fix it. I walked out feeling like I actually learned something.
We had fun and we will return.

If you are looking for a great painting experience, then Paint Party Place is the place to be! Great studio, nice atmosphere and great paintings to choose from. Bren, the owner/​instructor has a very welcoming spirit, and a true passion for what she does. I’ve only painted with her twice but I intend to be a regular. Bring your own wine and food as there is plenty of space, glasses, chillers and ice. She even lets you choose your own music if you’de like. There is a private room for parties and a trendy iconic chandelier area for picture taking. You will be pleased and have lots of fun!
This place is located right next to Black Eye Peas on the corner of FM 1092 and Hwy 6 in Missouri City. Definately worth a visit!

Went last night with a group of girlfriends we had an awesome time. This was the first time me and most of my friends had been to a painting party, and I have never painted before. Bren explained step by step what to do and how to do it. We were all plesantly surprised how nice our paintings came out. I will definitely go back again. It would also make a fun date night.

We had a fabulous time! It was only my girlfriend and I for a Thursday night Groupon class but it was a Blast. Bren is an amazing teacher and she’s hilarious. The studio is gorgeous! Very clean and upscale compared to others. It actually almost makes you feel like your at home painting with friends.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Bren is fantastic! I love that they are located close to home. I will definitely be going back. It doesn’t matter if there are a bunch of you or just two of you, you will have a blast!!!
