I called in to ask if they had a labeler and the lady said yes but we sell them in a pack and i asked then how much are they and she replied what kind do i want? Think about it… Theyre the ones with the computer so they can look it up!!! I dont know which ones they have!!! I asked repeatedly how much they were and she yelled which ones do yoh want? I asked her what kinds do you have??? And she then rudely started a conversation talking to another employee. After like 5 minutes she asked hello are you there? I asked how much is it and then they hung up. Wow –5 stars

On Black Friday, we waited 20 minutes just to get checked out. 2 people were helping 1 customer while the «manager» saw us and continued to look busy. He did not provide any customer service and continued to just look around and text. Very unprofessional and last time we’re giving our business to Office Depot.

Rude printing department — I’ve had things printed over a dozen times and the 2 women who are always there act as if I am bothering them. How do they keep their jobs? Such a slow check out area too. I despise this place!

Went in tonight to make some color copies for work. They have 3 copiers; 2 black and white, the other color. Guess which one was broke. They are not marked, so I asked the person about color copies, she just said it was broke and didn’t offer up any other options. Thank goodness for FedEx Kinkos down the street. I won’t be back to this OD. Overall OD customer service has diminished. Too bad. Must be why they’ve been bought out.

Had to get a bunch of shredding done. This shredder can only do about 20 pages at a time but doesn’t overheat like the home office ones. Nice to know they do have this service. Takes about 30 per «file box» full.

Been using this store for years. I had a problem finding something today and one of the employees showed me the area to find what I was looking for and stayed to ensure that it was exactly what I needed. He asked a couple of pertinent questions to see if I might be helped by something I hadn’t thought about. I appreciated that.

Seemed small for an Office Depot but the store was nice enough, well lit, clean, etc. Seems to be plenty of employees willing to help, though all I needed was poster-​board. Sad part was having to buy a five pack, they don’t sell individual sheets. The checkout woman seemed to really want to help me find a black Friday deal, I’m guessing the place was slow. Oh, it’s kinda hard to see from Highway 6… drove right past it the first time.
