Every time I go there they always half ass my order, mess it up and is just sloppy. I pay extra for cheese that they don’t even put on my food but can remember to charge me for it. Freaking lazy people.

People can hate all they want, I LOVE MCDONALD’S and it tastes delicious. This location is the best in Sugar Land/​Mo City area. They always get the orders right and the service is fast and friendly. I usually go thru the drive through. There are no problems. I avoid the ones in Sugar Land near First Colony because they kept messing up orders. My favorite is the fish-​o-​filet meal. I get my husband a happy meal with nuggets. Yum.

If there was a union for unskilled workers, this would be the place where you would experience it. They are SLOWWWWW, English is a second language, their attitudes are terrible and they frequently mess up orders. Ugh!
