This place is the worst ever! The one star is actually a negative one star. This morning I pulled in through the drive through and there was only one car ahead of me and no one else. It took forever for the drive thru person to even acknowledge she was there. My window was down so I can hear and see her. After she was done I waited for a long time before anyone even said«I’ll be right with you.» The people working in the morning have no manners. I’ve been here twice and it’s the same rude apathetic guy. After my order was taken, I pull up to the window and no one was there. I hear a girls voice from the back but no one came. Not sure where the guy was because there didn’t seem to be anyone in the store. I got fed up and just left. I don’t need breakfast that bad that I would put up with poor service served with an attitude.

Went here because I ad a coupon for the 2 popular burgers. So when I went here. That’s about 10 pm. I went thru the drive thru. And the lady who was operating it was so rachet/ghetto. You Could Tell Bu Her voice. And when I b paid for my Neal and waited. The people inside was like, they hate th e job they had. Always on her phone. When I got my food, and got home to eat. The burgers was so depressing. It was like it was put together poorly. Greasy and such. And I already talked to the higher ups who owns the franchise.

It’s sad how the overall quality of the place has gone downhill. I was getting my oil changed nearby and decided to stop in for a bite, big mistake. The inside of the restaurant looks rather dimly lit and dreary. 1⁄3rd of the chairs were peeling of the fake wooden covers and like 90% of the tables appeared dirty or had some various trash on it. Against my better judgement I decided to eat here anyway and ordered the bacon and Swiss buttery jack. The burger was honestly just okay, the meat was rather dry but had a decent helping of bacon and sauce to make up for the lack of butter and overall juicy ness from the meat. Honestly the only bright spot in my dining experience is that the 2 employees(2 young males) I saw were very professional and appeared to be working hard behind the counter. Politely greeting customers how few there were and doing the best they could to make the food timely. Please get some more lights and clean the tables, I saw a few flies hovering around me trying to take a stab at my food. No Bueno!

If I could rate it zero stars I would. When we pulled up in the drive thru we asked if their shake machine was working. They said hold on just a minute please. We waited about twenty minutes and then they told us no shakes tonight. I asked to speak with the person in charge and the ghetto woman working the headset screamed«there is none.» Asked for the store number and she said she was gonna call the cops. Absolutely ridiculous.

Took 25 minutes in the drive thru for 6 tacos. Tacos were all burned and hard and didn’t even give me a receipt.

Horrible… Several times I have been to this location at night, and a few times I have reversed out of the drive thru. Service is very slow. Been here again during the afternoon thinking service would faster, but waited at least 5 minutes before they took my order. Even then, when I ordered the portobello buttery jack and repeated«no sauce» about 3 times since she didn’t put it on the screen, she gave me my total. I then pulled up to the window to pay and once again, I asked for no sauce on the burger. She told me there was only a buttery transparent sauce. Drove all the way home to open my burger saturated with some creamy sauce on the inside. Even if she was not sure if there was any sauce inside, her protocol should have been to listen to the customer and added no sauce or dry to the ticket anyway.

I was already sad the southwestern salad is not on their menu. But Worst drive through ever. What is the purpose of a drive through when you tell me to pull up to the front and wait 15 mins. I had to actually park and come inside because they took so long. All I ordered were 4 tacos and a coffee. Next thing I know I had to come inside again because they only gave me 2 tacos. Seriously? On top of that, no condiments! No sauces. No napkins. Nothing. What’s the point of the drive through again and terminology of «fast food»?

Went to drive thru at 9:50 pm Monday night.(Drive thru is open 24 hours) After waiting about ten minutes for someone to answer we pulled up to the window, the young lady said«there’s only one person here and I’m about to leave» Against my better judgement we ordered only to find out they were out of Churro’s. Some things never change. These poor workers are always working under staffed. Time to shut down this blight on the landscape of Highway 6.

Incredible, this place is the worst of all fast foods on the area. I only stopped because my family insist they wanted but I know if I come it’s going to be for sure 20 mins minimum on the line. WORSTWORSTWORSTWORSTWORST fast food… It was only 2 cars in front of me… Avoid it so they can change staff or close the place!

I went through the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me. It took 30 minutes to get my order. My food was cold. I asked for there to be no lettuce or tomatoes on my burger, not a difficult task to follow, I don’t think. I got home(2 mins later) and discovered my food was extremely cold like it had been sitting out a while on the counter. I microwaved it so it could be edible… the first bite I knew something was wrong. It was loaded with shredded lettuce and several tomatoes. It was made worse by the fact that I had microwaved it. I had to scrape slimy veggies off only to discover… they had not put any meat on my burger! I tried to call the restaraunt to explain what had happend but of course there was no answer. I had to go back to the Jack in the Box which made me really mad as I was at work. I asked for a manager and of course there was no manager and just a couple of teenagers running it. So I had to explain to the girl why I was so upset. She then tried to tell me that there was indeed meat on that burger. Funny thing is that neither of us could find it. The restaraunt only had 1 other patron inside, and 2 cars in the drive –thru. Why was my order so messed up? I will NEVER go back to this place again!

I went here super excited to try the float they had advertised. The young man behind the register was very nice. After he took my order I waited 10 – 15 minutes just to get my funky cheeseburger and fries. My husband was sitting outside in the car and called me to make sure everything was ok. Thats how long I was in there. He gave me my float first but by the time I got my food it was melted. I started to jump over the counter and ask them if they needed some help. My burger was dry, super dry. They added bacon when I didnt ask for it and I was actually charged for it. Didnt pay it any attention until I got home. They only thing that was good were the fries. I didnt even finish my food. Took two bites and tossed the burger. I hear the breakfast food is really good, so maybe I will go back to try that because I wont be eating a burger from there anymore.
