Came in to see Dr. O’toole and his team with pretty bad back and neck pain. Dr. O’toole and his team were able to do an amazing job of restoring my health and finding out what was causing my back pain.
Wonderful office and staff, great equipment as well!
Never been to a chiropractic office as well buttoned up and friendly as his!

Dr. Otoole was very pleasant and effective. The massage therapists were very friendly and effective.
The front office is another story. The receptionist can be less than friendly and the billing woman is unreliable and extremely rude and condescending when called out.
I went in in search of a new chiropractor closer to home. Was so happy at first. The billing woman offered to confirm with my insurance what I would owe them. She told me I owed nothing because I had a health savings account. I then happily scheduled 12 more visits at their urging. Once I found out my insurance hadn’t paid them, I had to investigate. Found out I had a health reimbursement account which doesn’t pay me back until I’ve met $ 1,000 of my deductible. After I had incurred a $ 300 bill, I found out I couldn’t get reimbursed at all because my deductible wasn’t met. When I called out Dr. Otoole’s office that they gave me wrong information, they unsympathetically said you’re still getting your money back. But I didn’t get it back. The billing woman even went to far as to be extremely rude to me when I told her she gave me wrong information. Hard lesson learned to trust this office to tell me my insurance would cover all those visits they pressured me to make. I would have been happy to do 2 visits a month instead of 12.

What a gem hidden in Mission Viejo! So lucky to find an excellent Chiropractic office so close. Always friendly and professional.

This is a fantastic chiropractic office. Dr. O’Toole provides efficient and effective chiropractic care and his office staff is great. He genuinely cares about the well-​being of his patients and I highly recommend his care.

I experienced a major lower back blowout late on a Sunday evening, I was in excruciating pain and unable to move. (anyone with back issues knows how debilitating this can be)
Come Monday morning I learned my previous Chiropractic office was closed down and found O’toole Chiropractic via Google. I called them at 8AM and explained the situation, to which they fit me in at 9AM that same day.
I was treated (still undergoing treatment) by Dr. McGilva, and was surprised to not be given some of the typical chiropractic explanations, which I have heard many times in the past. Dr. McGilva gave me a simple diagnosis of a lower back sprain, and stated that my x-​rays looked good. After my first electro treatment and adjustment, along with instructions to rest and apply ice, my back feels much better only 24 hours later.
