Carrow’s Family Restaurant

Came here for a bible study/​breakfast
Carrow’s has great breakfast food with very pleasant servers, even at 7:30 in the morning.
The place was clean, the food was hot and coffee was okay but not great.

I love this place for breakfast on Sundays. Gaby is our favorite waitress, she’s super friendly and makes us feel at home– great service with a smile !

We had the fish and chips, it was good.
Pot Roast being very good and tasty.
Two for twenty prime rib is over. I still ordered prime rib but it was tough and dry, worse than the prime rib in buffet. Maybe, customer did not order so much prime rib now.

Whenever I am in the area I go out of my way to eat at this location. Service with a smile is always excellant. Their NY steak is delicious but their prime rib is consistently great. My favorite meals are breakfast with senior pricing. Cannot beat the price! The clientele is older which makes it quiet and pleasant, but the local college students seem to like the prices, too because they come in groups in the afternoon. I always feel welcome here.

I don’t give bad reviews, ever. Do yourself a favor and go to Coco’s, it’s less then a mile a way, same price, better food and cleaner restaurant. We were asked to seat ourselves, not a big deal except we have 3 kids and had to move around tables and chairs to make room for out family. Drink orders took a while, food came out sporadicly and incorrectly, had to remind the waitress about a few items. They left the food on a ledge and we had to serve it ourselves. Started looking around at the dated décor, and started realizing how dirty the restaurant was. Dirty restaurant, dated, bad service and bad food (this is not our first bad experience there, but will be our last). I am super easy to please, and this was pretty pathetic.

This restaurant is good for breakfast and lunch good service and have big parking space and it’s next Burlington store and very clean.

This is my third time to this specific Carrows and I can honestly say it has some of the best customer service I have encountered! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the servers and taken care of. They are especially nice to the elderly, they get a lot of seniors that eat there and they treat them like family. This is the type of resturant where I would want my own parents or grandparents to eat at just because I would take satisfaction in knowing that they are going to be treated fairly and with the up most respect. The food is also great, the portions I would say are great I usually don’t finish my entire plate just because its a lot, my favorite dish by far are the ribs they are true to their word about «fall off the bone tender». The servers are great they check up on you, without having to say anything I get another drink when I am running low or out which is great. The fact that management itself comes out to approach the customers to greet /​check up on them is awesome, its a good change knowing management isn’t just in their office but out helping and making sure that customers are satisfied with the service. I would defiantly come back again!

Nice place to get comfort food. The pies are better than Marie Callender and Cocos. Problem is they store fruit pies in the front refrigerator which dries the crust out to near looking like it’s been freezer burned. They can sell a whole lot more fruit pies by displaying in a glass case unrefridgerated because that is the way to store fruit pies. Ask for a pie that just got baked from the back. That’s the way to go!!!

Bad with group sizes. Had to wait 15 minutes to actually sit and wait for someone to serve us. Service is below average and our orders were given to the wrong person so we had to scatter the plates. I asked for a simple request for them to add avocados and only received 2 little slices. I asked the server for the good amount I asked for and the server just said they don’t have any. ??? What kind of restaurant isn’t prepared? I kept insisting she bring for what I payed to get. She called the manager and Even the manager didn’t want to get me avocados. Finally got more after waiting 20 more minutes! Big deal for something so simple! i wonder what other things they «don’t have»??Server name: Olga. Manager name: Mario. Very very poor service. Never again will I come here. Denny’s is the way to go!

Food was decent, don’t go with a big party unless your ready to wait 10 minutes to get seated and then an hour to get food. If this place was busy at the one I would cut them a break, but that was not the case. Not properly run and understaffed, prolly the nicest way to put it.

Geesh is super nice Olga what a nice servers. The food is always great. Breakfast is great. Pancakes are great and the Bacon always crunchy.

Quick service. The waitress was great and very attentive to our needs. The location was nice and kind of quiet but we did not mind. It has a nice view from the front side during the day. Having been at other Carrows– I can say that this is a nice location. Id visit this location again.

Went to Carrow’s for breakfast and it was A OK.
For a chain restaurant, there isn’t much to say — pretty standard food and reasonable prices. Our server was super attentive, accommodating, and the food was satisfying.
The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean.

I had the egg white omelette with the spinach and mushroom. I liked it a lot because it tasted great and was not salty. Our server Carrie was very friendly and made sure that our coffee cups were always full. These days it is hard to get an attentive server so I was pleasantly surprised.

very unprofessional management screaming at employees, white trash server that likes to give dirty looks, waiter by the name of Jose that has a shitty attitude… BEWARE OF THERE EGG MAKING! I received mine twice undercooked!

SERVICE SUCKS… possibly a little racist too… had breakfast on a Sunday. but arrived right before it got busy, received coffee and my kids milk fast but everything else took a very long time. When the server finally showed up after 10 min (former server so I always double check) she took our order but we had to ask her to check on our our food…40 minutes later, food was cold, eggs looked under cooked, and my kids pancakes were so cold the butter didn’t even melt. WTF??? Our server forgot the utensils, we had to ask the server to recook our food. What was worse though was that another server who happened to be white was checking in on all the other tables. except us. All the other tables had white customers-​except us. At first I thought she was just an attentive server and we got screwed with one that was not until I saw her checking in on a table that belonged to our server. Told the manager our experience, and knocked down 4 bucks… my intent was not to get a discount but to inform them of the service that we recieved, its about getting servers to SERVE FOOD WITH A SMILE NO MATTER WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND MIGHT BE. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. Hope a Carrows rep reads this and make some attitide changes at this place…

Yea this place is like a redneck Denny’s, i had the the BLT, not so great, even with mayo it was dry, I didn’t even finish it, and i finish everything. My buddy Ninja Foot had the chicken Parmigiana and it looked really good, he said it was good too, Oh well. my other buddy had the shrimp tacos and didn’t finish them either.
EPIC FAIL!

For corporate coffee shop style food, Carrow’s is consistently good.
I had a perfect breakfast here last Sunday: blueberry pancakes, link sausage, scrambled eggs and excellent coffee. I’m also a big fan of their meatloaf.
Service is always attentive and the premises are clean. Plenty of parking.
