A friend of mine is a regular customer here, tonight we decided to come for a quick bite to eat. We arrived at 8:25pm and as we were starting to order we were informed that they would be closing in 30 mins. Never have I ever felt more rushed and pressured to order and eat fast. My friend has always praised about this place for their good customer service and even he agreed it was not that good. As I was eating I found a hair at the bottom of my plate. When brought to the cooks attention he apologized and offered to exchange it for something else but after finding that killed my appetite for anything else from here. My friend and I will not be coming back.

WOW! Don’t understand the negative reviews-​unless of course Waba Grill sent them over (ate there once-​that was enough).
I was greeted by a very friendly gal at the counter. I told her I had never been before and she was extremely helpful. You would never know this place was here – it’s at the end of a short strip in Eastvale —
Anyhow I had a mini=bowl. You pick your protein (I had grilled chicken) crispy steamed veggies, rice (brown or white) and fresh chopped green onions on top. PLENTY of food $ 5.00! They even have tofu!
The sauces are «pump your own» Quite delicious and FAST!
I’ll be back — with friends!

Definitely not worth it you’re better off driving across the highway for Waba Grill! I hate driving that way because of traffic but I’ll do it now. It wasn’t fresh it took forever and the staff is not the friendliest.

I agree with others, the portions are SMALLER and they charge more than other locations. I will not be coming here anymore. I will end up either driving to the flame broiler off Vineyard or one in corona.

Fast service, clean and best of all my bowl was filled with fresh grilled chicken, perfectly steamed veggies and rice. Perfect light dinner.

The portions are not filled enough and the management is terrible. I just complained and corporate allegedly wrote them up for over filling the bowls. That is a bowl faced lie. She gave us half an order and told us we can take our business elsewhere. I was nice. I hope they fire her. Please fire her! They are condescending and rude. I hate it here. Never to return.

I came here with my family. Very friendly staff, kind management, delicious and nutritious food. No dairy, no frying, no trans fat, no skin, and no msg. Would definitely be coming back to get my Angus Bowl fix!

Second time here first time was great second on so much they gave you a bowl half full but change your regular price so wrong will not return to this location! And my son found a hair in his bowl !

Got 4 orders of the works bowl. Food was semi warm and portions were ridiculous ! Didn’t realize it till I got home and opened our bags. Large bowl with small size portion inside !

I ordered a chicken bowl not half a chicken bowl. I know the restaurant is about to close and employees have to put everything away and close up afterwards, but that doesn’t mean you don’t prepare the proper amount of food just because you don’t feel like cooking since you’re about to close.

Always delicious! Food is always done right and this flame broiler has the best jalapeños around! Ive been to others but these are always spicy and firm. Clean restrooms. Love this spot when in doubt check it out!

First time eating here. Everything is ok. Except, need to work on customer service. Owner very friendly.
Great taste on food.

If you smell burned chicken — walk back out the door! That’s what my daughter and I should have done. I smelled it, but I just knew a restaurant would NEVER sell burnt chicken.
Alas, this Flame Broiler did. We ordered two chicken bowls. Normally, you wait a couple of minutes for the food to be cooked — Not this time. By the time I turned around and filled up 4 small containers with the sauce, they announced our order was ready.
I remember thinking. Wow, we’ve never gotten our food this fast. Please note: This was only our second time at this facility. Most times we go to McKinley. Which by the way, has excellent service, better quality meat, and it always taste great. We only live down the street from this Flame Broiler in Jurupa, so we thought we’d go there.
We got home and proceeded to eat our food. It was horrible and the chicken tasted burned. Horrible…
After trying a couple of bites, we decided to go BACK to the restaurant and tell them and get our money back. When we went the first time, they had no customers. When we went back, the 2^nd time, they were crowded.
An older gentleman immediately saw us with the bag and he walked from the back. You can tell he has seen «UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS» BEFORE. I also saw the cashier look toward us with a frightened face. He KNEW he sold us old, burned chicken.
My daughter tried to tell this older gentleman the food was burned and tasted horrible. His response «why did you come back here?» Seriously? We have ONLY been at this place twice and by the way NEVER again. Then I spoke up and said the chicken is burned. My daughter is a grown woman so it wasn’t because she was a teenager. People were starting to look and I told her let’s just go and complain.
I want everyone to know BEWARE if you buy their food and they did not cook it right, they burned it, it’s old chicken or if you do not like it. There is NO customer service at this Flame Broiler. I have also sent a complaint to Flame Broiler.
I have never felt so humiliated. This place only cares about making a dollar. If they would sell old burnt chicken. Then there is no telling what else they would do. Drop chicken on the floor and pick it up?
This was on a Saturday at approx. 4:15 p.m.

Worst service ever. Arrived there at 8:40 (they close at 9:00). Was told I had to get my order packaged to go as they were closing… Hmmm really?! NOT!!! how RUDE I still had plenty of time to eat. When I worked in this industry we took customers orders up until 9 and still let them eat in. I thought to myself boy I’m going to let this owner know how her employees treat their customers. Oh but wait the owner was there and she was RUDE and she STARED US DOWN as we ate and pretty much pushed us out the door when we were leaving. Surely WILL NOT eat here ever. RUDE RUDE RUDE!

After a long day I wanted to get something different for a late dinner, when we came across Flame Brioler… we had the chicken bowls 1 with veggies the other without, also a mini bowl for my little guy. He ate everything, as a mom I love to see my kids eat. The chicken was cooked perfect. We loved it but will get it to-​go next time.
Reason for 4 stars– an employee began picking up chairs, (It was about 8:30 the sign said they closed till 9:00) there was a couple walking the facility, I’m assuming they were the owners and they told the employee to immediately put the chairs down, It felt a bit uncomfortable and the noise startled my 2 year old.

Staffing: what I assume are the owners, are here round the clock. They are constantly keeping a hawkeye on employees to see what they are doing and make sure they don’t mess up. Can’t really see employees liking to work in said environment (they seem stressed.) and makes it uncomfortable for customers.
Food: food was great EXCEPT the red meat. Very chewy.

Idiots!!! The girl who who took my order didn’t seem very friendly. People who work the back apparently can’t read! Took my order wrong then gave what I ordered but not the way I wanted it! By the time I got home and noticed, I didn’t want to go back!

The day has come when they finally open a Flame Broiler by my house. When I saw that it was ‘coming soon’, I was so happy! Now I don’t eat at the Flame Broiler often, however when I’m too lazy to cook, have no food at home, or do not want to spend a lot of money for lunch/​dinner, I will come here for a quick, easy, and somewhat of a ‘healthier’ alternative to fast food.
THE DETAILS: The Flame Broiler is located in the Vernola Marketplace close to the freeway. It’s a small place squeezed in the corner. The employees are very nice; I usually get the same girl… I wonder if she remembers me because I always order the same thing haha. But the place is generally clean and I’ve been to other locations where the sauce area is extremely messy, but every time I come here it’s always nice and neat.
THE FOOD: This is my go-​to meal every time I come here. It never changes but the only time it does is the size (depending on how hungry I am). I always order the mini or regular chicken-​veggie bowl with white meat, brown rice, and no onions. You really can’t go wrong with this bowl. It’s simple, delicious, and fast. I don’t have terrible guilt eating this as opposed to McDonald’s or something.
THE END? When I need a quick fix, I’ll be back for surezies.
