F’n awful here. Staff is rude as hell, most of the time they don’t acknowledge you. If you need help they give attitude. This blonde short chick(of course she had no name tag either) rang me out today, I don’t know what her deal is… but first off she needs to get trained better when it comes to customer service and secondly if I give you a large bill, you better count back my change. Don’t just say«here you go».

My mother and I came here to get opinions on which bleach and toner to purchase. Kris(or Chris) helped us out a lot. She’s a very kind and sweet employee. You can definitely tell she loves her job. Thank you!

The customer service here is awful. The girl I asked for help, dark hair and glasses, did not seem to want to help. I asked her a question and she answered it with attitude like I was already supposed to know the answer. Thanks for your time Sally’s. Not coming back

By far the most terrible sallys I’ve gone to! Why? The customer service was the WORSE it didn’t happen once or twice but THREE time I will never return to this store again they don’t even know there shit I must say there was one girl she a manager and she was awesome and I did let her know about her rude ass girls there

Good place to go for hair care needs and the girls know what they are talking about. Very reasonable too. The gal with the piercing and colored hair is great always helpful. A lot of beauty supplies usually have bad customer services but this one sets a good example. I always feel welcomed and helped :)

Went In to get a few things and the African American girl was the rudest person I have ever met. She didn’t have her name on her badge(by accident I suspect not). When I asked for assistance in a sale item she said the price was for a product they May get in some day… Ok when I went to check out I asked her if she was having a bad day. She says«apparently you are». Wow. No thanks sally beauty I will drive to Ulta from now on!!!

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! All I can say is this Sally’s is awful! The products they are fine, some are a great but this review is for the customer service I received! If I could put negative stars for this review I would, -*****(–5 stars) for this store!!! The associates know nothing of hair products like toner, developer and bleach. I came in with the intent of buying some toner or purple shampoo for my slightly brassy hair. The associates seemed nice, but I was wary and uncertain of their advice as they seemed vague and uncertain in themselves when trying to find a product. They urged me to get a toner with lightener in it, I assumed they must know more than I do because they work here and are around all these products and must know something right?!? My BIGGESTMISTAKE of my life was taking their advice of those two associates and buying that lightening toner product! It turned my hair a bright orange-yellow even though it was supposedly an ash toner! I was livid and appalled by their stupidity and lack of knowledge of their products!!! I mean I’m no beauty professional, but I am certainly no novice by any means, but honestly why push a product you know nothing about!!! I had to rush to the salon to try to fix it… The damage, or horrific coloring it caused was horrible!!! Thank god I found an awesome salon close by to fix the mess the toner/lightener made!!! So a couple days later I went to return the stupid lightening toner products to the same store. Well again I ran into issues this time with a different associate. Upon returning the products this associate gave me extreme difficulty about a free item I had received when renewing my club card the previous visit. It was get a free item under $ 7 for renewing the $ 5 membership. Well she went nuts and basically wouldn’t let me keep the product because I apparently was not clear with my intentions of my return. Well I explained to her I still want the free product, It came with the card and should not be affected by the return of the of the toner. Long story short we sort of argued for a while and out of anger she ended of letting me have the free gift anyways. Listen, I work in retail i know when customers try to scam or haggle or be real rude jerks, but I was nothing of the sort I EVENAPOLOGIZED to HER!!! Did she even say sorry to me? No she glared and scowled and was very rude! NEEDLESS to say, I will not be returning to that store!!! Poor, very poor service!!! I know this doesn’t reflect the other associates there but really 3 associates her are god awful!!! DONOTSHOPHERE, unless you know exactly what you want and need. Just don’t even talk to the associates here, if you know what is good for you!!! *** I just learned that associates at Sally’s don’t even need any kind of license to work there!!! Nothing at all they don’t need to know jack-sh*t about beauty products to work here!!! And yet they give tons of poor naïve girls bogus beauty advice and sell products they know nothing about!!! Its ridiculous!!! NEVER I MEANNEVER trust people working at Sally’s Beauty Supply stores, I guarantee you probably know more about the products than they do!!!

If I have to come to any Sally’s this one is my last choice. It’s awful! They always seem to have such a limited selection on everything. Such as I went to another one, looking for a wider variety of CG collection nail polish & this Sally’s did not even have it at all! While others do. Then the sales associates there are not helpful. I can stare at a section for 30 mins & no one will ask if I need help. I do not recommend this Sally’s Beauty Supply. If I come here, it may be only if I need something immediately and because it is local to my house.

This cannot possibly be one of «the» Sally Beauty Supply shops — they have to be stealing the name — it’s small, cluttered and dark. The day I stopped in(thrilled to see a Sally’s so close to me) there was one clerk and she was far too busy with her 2 friends having a good time and chatting it up to even bother with a customer. I was so disappointed… she didn’t help one bit as it truly appeared she had no clue regarding what was in stock . Won’t be back

I came here one day to get some things that I have been meaning to get. I also had a coupon that lured me in haha. I walked in and was greeted immediately. The associate was very nice. She helped me find whatever I was looking for and then recommended items for the questions that I had asked her.
