In comparison to other United Clubs this one is very small. It holds about 50 people and has a small food and beverage section. This makes it hard to find a spot to sit if you’re traveling in a group. The chairs are arranged in groups of four which is not my favorite seating style, but probably maximizes the usable space. Other than that it is perfectly fine. Nothing special, but also not offensive in any way.

It is small. Like really small. No desks. Snacks are very limited. There is a free«service center» with desks a few gates down. If you need to use a laptop, you will be sitting it on your lap in this lounge. Yes, its better than nothing, but if you have to use a pass to get in, save it.

This United Club now holds the distinction of being the smallest United Club I have ever visited. The crown previously was held by the United Club at Orlando Airport, but this UC makes the one in Orlando look palatial in comparison. Men’s restroom is tiny, and is a one person restroom. The place was packed when I arrived. I just barely found a place to sit. After I arrived, people were coming in and then turning around and leaving because there was no place for them to sit! Minneapolis-St. Paul deserves a much larger and modern United Club!

For priority club members and United club members, has a comfy place to come and unwind before your flight. Food is just snacks and cookies, and the non alcoholic drinks are only very few choices. Every chair has an outlet so you can charge up your devices as you Unilocal the places around! Alcohol is available but at a expensive cost, be ready for $ 12.00 for cheap wine. But at least your away from the poorer riff Raff!

Ehh… If you get in for free then it’s an alright place to spend a few hours before a long flight. However, I would not recommend that anybody waste their money purchasing a pass to this particular club. Super tiny, dated furniture and only one bathroom for men and one for women.

It’s small, but that’s to be expected at a non-hub. The staff was friendly enough and they had most of the usual snacks that the UC usually has. A couple things that could be better: 1. Only one flight status board — way in the back, none in the bar area or up near the front. 2. One toilet per gender. Annoying when you’re in a hurry and need to pee quick before heading to your gate. 3. Sodas only Sprite or Sprite Zero without going up to the bar. Can I get a Coke? 4. When our flight was perpetually delayed, then boarded, then brought back to the gate, there was nowhere for anyone to stand as they waited for help at the desk. Again, going with the small theme, it was just really cramped and annoying for everyone. Overall, clean and decent. But definitely nothing as nice as what you’ll find at other airports.

Super tiny. Nothing special. Given this airport is so new, modern and spacious, going into the club wasn’t a great advantage. I used to use the clubs for their wifi but it’s gotten so slow that I just use my phone’s hotspot these days instead.

Small club that had a decent selection of beers and wines considering the size and storage available. The bartender lady was hilarious… she reminded me of Magda in Something About Mary. The free WiFi was A-OK(as always) as was the selection of snacks(typical United Club). Honestly, it’s pretty impressive what they did with this small space. A-OK in my book.

The boss and I had 4 hours to kills for our flight back home… thankful that she had these so I was able to charge and drink up before our flight. I wasn’t sure if people were tipping the guy behind the bar… but I felt bad so I ended up giving him tip twice. It was really small and if you’re there over the weekend… expect it to be packed. I was able to watch some NFL games… ate some snacks here and there… charged all my icrap stuff… all was well. Oh the bathroom was clean…

Small club, terrific staff and all the amenities I love. They have tons of free magazines. Thank you!

Very small — but nice to have one for United’s relatively few flights to and from MSP. Added bonus — the club is so close to Gate D8 I am getting strong reception on the plane as it is boarding for Chicago. Nice!

Small United Club with friendly staff and great views of the tarmac. Facility is neat and clean with all the typical club amenities… just smaller. Nice place to get out of the hustle & bustle of the concourse.

As said by others, this is a small club but it still has all the usual amenities including free drinks, Milano cookies, wrapped cheese and crackers. And free wifi. If you’re spending time at the airport, it’s well worth the cost of peace and quiet. A «day pass» also allows you access to any other United clubs on your travel that day. Located between gates E6 and E8, which was conveniently next to my flight to Chicago O’Hare.

Small club with a small staff, but that is A-OK given the relatively few number of United gates that are served at MSP. Otherwise it is your typical United Club: seats, TV, internet, snack food, and a bar.

Very small United Club, which was to be expected in a non– hub airport. That said, they had all the usual post merger amenities. Front desk was very friendly.
