I live in Seattle so I know Starbucks. I don’t know what this is but it’s not a Starbucks. Unprofessional and indifference service. Three women behind the counter yakking and disagreeing and just ONE person making drinks. Sad that Starbucks charges so much and yet their standards continue to fall.

It’s off the main concourse towards gates A/B/C/D and has very little seating around it, more of a grab and go. For whatever reason I always seem to be late for a flight and waiting in a long line here. The staff does seem to be nice and they are fast with your order.

Disappointed that gold card members don’t get free refills on iced tea. Last time I checked even on a 50 cent refill they make 100% profit. Sad

Oh my gosh!!! this starbucks sucks!!! I had an early connection flight at MSP and needed something to eat… i wanted my typical feta spinach wrap. I ordered it, they don’t carry breakfast sandwiches. oh that’s fine. i saw a bagel, i ordered a bagel and wanted it toasted. they don’t have toasters. what? so i ended up with my first red cup of the year, a caramel burlee latte! they would probably get better reviews and more business if they had breakfast sandwiches or heck a toaster oven! who wants to eat a bagel hard rock cold? lol also where you pick up your drinks is super small. with everyone and their carry on luggages only 2 ppl max can fit in there.

This Starbucks is singularly awful. The blond roast tasted like 3 day old bold and they have no butter. I will stop there.

This Starbucks is SO slow! Multiple people got out of line due to the log wait, once I ordered I almost had to leave without my coffee because of the wait. The staff was not very friendly and didn’t seem to be well trained.

Pretty slow & unprofessional employees, who would rather cut up than fix beverages. Too small a space for the amount of customers they serve. My mini smores frapp was just«ok», I’ve had much better. The area around the sugar/crème/trash can was unkept.

I needed coffee and something to eat before an early flight out. The coffee was typical Starbucks, which means OK, but for actual food, the choices are minimal. I opted for a plain bagel with cream cheese. They handed me a bag with a bagel and a tiny container of cream cheese. I asked if they could slice it: «we gave you a plastic knife.» Apparently, they aren’t trusted with sharp objects and toasters. The cream cheese was gelatinous and tasteless(as was the bagel). Should cream cheese wiggle like jello? Stick with the coffee; go elsewhere for food.

Ahhhhh, tiny airport Starbucks. Truly you shall live forever in my mind as the blessed place whereupon the existence of the CHOCOLATECHAILATTE was made apparent to me. Yep, you read that right. It’s a chai latte… But it’s chocolate. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I shall have a grande, with soy milk, from now until the end of time please. As for the Starbucks itself, given the influx of cranky post-flight passengers(it’s located in the baggage claim area) the folks behind the counter really seemed to have their stuff together. Although, yet again, the intricacies of my name seem to have eluded them. Just call me «Ranche.»

If you are stuck waiting for someone in baggage claim, there are no real other options. Seating not separated from the traffic. Didn’t hear when they called my name, even though I was sitting right next to the counter. When I finally went up to see what was taking so long, my coffee was cold. They at least replaced it. Okay for a quick coffee pickup but service and seating leaves a lot to be desired.
