Realistic Manes And The Real Mane Event Hair Studio

The salon is called Realistic Manes and The Real Mane Event Hair Extensions Studio. I have chosen to make things more intimate, efficient and private. Apparently, the are rebranding because the salon is now called «The Real Mane Event». My referrals in the past have called her salon «Realistic Manes».
Kanika or «KiKi» is very passionate about what she does and it shows through a conversation with her. My first 10 minutes of meeting her she told me I was washing my hair wrong all my life and if I keep it up, I would be bald! While this may be dramatic, I understood her rational and as an engineer it just made sense to me.
The salon is very small with 2 dryers, a shampoo bowl and a stylist hair. Small but efficient. This ensures you that she will not double or triple book because she doesn’t have the capacity. With that said, ladies please leave the children at home.
As for logistics, it’s important to point out that Realistic Mane is a studio inside of the Salon Concepts building. Parking and entrance to the building is behind the building. Once you enter the building, Salon Concepts is on the 2^nd floor. It is a building comprised of multiple studios. Each studio is a different hair salon/​business. Realistic Mane is located in Studio 9.
All appointments are made through Style Seats app. This app allows you to pay and tip. Which for someone like me who doesn’t carry cash, is a plus.
While I do find her prices to be higher than what I used to paying, I think she is worth every penny.
