Dairy Queen

We stopped by Dairy Queen to use a birthday coupon. Since it was past 10pm, we had to go through the drive-​thru which was fine. The employee greeted us, took our order, and gave us our total (with coupon). When we went to pay, the employee was nice enough to let us keep my birthday coupon to use again (who wouldn’t love that?). The ice cream we received was already melting, which is why I took off a star. Overall it was a good experience and I love ice cream, so I’ll be back.

Went through the drive through tonight and ordered two cheeseburgers no ketchup. The woman on the speaker paused and then asked me to repeat my order and then said she would have my total at the window. When I arrived at the window here were four female employees visible, no customers in the restaurant and no one else in the drive through besides me. I was asked by another employee to state my order for a third time. I finally received my order and drove on. I immediately opened one of the cheeseburgers and bit into it. It must have been old and reheated in the microwave because the bun and patty were extremely dry and chewy. There was a tiny spot of mustard in the middle of the burger but no where else. I am not exaggerating when I say that it scratched my throat when I swallowed. I don’t imagine I will return to this location and wouldn’t suggest it to anyone else.
