Taco Casa

Taco Casa was refreshingly basic, in a way fast food is supposed to be. None of this newfangled premium beverages or tacos developed by some Johnny-​Come-​Lately celebrity chef. There’s simply no need.
I ordered 3 tacos, a drink and those cinnamon coated chips they’ve got. At first I looked for chicken tacos cause, if I’m honest all these miles take a toll on the waistline. Sadly they just had ground beef tacos. After a short wait I was presented with three hard shell beef tacos that reminded me of what fast food should be, fast basic delicious food.
The meal I ordered was not gross, greasy or over seasoned like I honestly feared it would be. The lowly ground beef taco, base model taco of the Mexican fast food world was done proud. It did me all sorts of good to see a fast food taco place comfortable with being a fast food taco place. How fancy a menu does a place need if you sit on hard plastic benches and clear your own table. A chicken taco would have been nice…

The service at this place is amazing. The staff is so nice.

Taco Tuesday for .79 cent tacos. Be prepared for the line. Good food and good iced tea.

This is a privately owned restaurant and every time we have stopped here, we have been totally pleased with the service, the food quantity, quality and taste. Sometimes privately owned restaurants are skimpy and cheap on portions, not so here. They have even honored our coupons from other locations. This is an old faithful stop in my book.
