Gores Construction

I’d like to post a response to the negative review (since deleted) by a resident of the Matthew Frank development in the St Johns neighborhood of Portland.
I am a homeowner and active member of the association responsible for hiring and managing the rehabilitation of the 111-​unit property following the unfortunate discovery of extensive construction defects. SGC was selected after a thorough review of their reputation working on large-​scale condominium projects and a competitive bidding process.
Project criteria included plans to minimize the disruptions to residents as much as possible given the extent of the work and the tight confines of an urban neighborhood. Throughout construction SGC provided an open line of communication with all residents via an on-​site manger.
In the board’s opinion, Sean Gores Construction has been a great partner for the homeowners, keeping costs down as much as possible, maintaining frequent and comprehensive communications with the board and residents, and most-​importantly, providing high-​quality repairs that our homeowners can rely upon.
This has been a taxing project for all involved, especially the residents and homeowners. SGC has stayed on schedule and has avoided stepping on the flowers where possible. I’d happily recommend them to any other association with a large scale siding or roofing project to undertake.

This company changed out all the windows in our complex. The crew is friendly, honest, and efficient.
