The bar service was not that good it took them about 5 minutes to even say anything to us. We asked for a shot of crioc… it definitely was not crioc :(

UPDATE Returned here again with high hopes given great experience when we came when it had initially opened up, looks like they cut a bunch of items from the menu, and the food his time around was just ok. Guess you win some and lose some. — — — - Had dinner at this place tonight, it was fantastic. Little known place that just opened up a couple months ago, and I felt the décor outside and in was fantastic. The food was great. We started with steak tacos, then had wings and a Juicy Lucy for entrees. Everything tasted amazing, and best of all, FRESH. My only very small suggestion for improvement would be the fries that come with the burgers. It comes in a variety of shapes/sizes, and while the flavor is great, sometimes the thick wedges is like biting into a big potato, otherwise I can’t really suggest anything else to improve on. Continue the great work! Oh and our server was awesome too.

Stopped in for the info guide release party and ordered a couple of appetizers. Mango’s is essentially a tropical themed bar with a Tiki Hut area and bottle service lounge upstairs. I was curious to try the food, of course. I started with the Empanadas which come in 3 cut in half across the width and served with a house made mango salsa($ 6.95). I ordered mine with chicken. The chicken was tender and held the flavor from the marinade. The shell was light and crispy. I also ordered a half order of wings. You can order 6 for $ 7.95 or 12 for $ 13.95. They’re served«naked» with your choice of dipping sauce. I chose the mango sauce because the place is called Mango’s, duh! These were not your typical naked wings. I tasted flavor, great flavor, Latin flavor. These had to be marinated in a mixture with Latin spices before they were fried. I asked and they confirmed I guessed right without telling me the secret blend. The mango dipping sauce had a very subtle spicy flavor. It’s green because cilantro is added when making it. The sauce is good, but the wings didn’t need the dipping sauce. They were crispy and delicious as is! I’m going to start with 4 stars, but I’ll be back to try their version of the Juicy Lucy burger and other apps like the Crabitos, plantain sandwiches with a house made crab and shrimp salad, or the Milwaukee Fries, a mound of house cut fries topped with sausage and melted cheddar cheese. Yeah! I know! If the rest of the food is this good, I may be giving 5 stars next time!
