I give it two stars because it’s always clean. I love Starbucks and this one is the closest to my house but they are slow and never smile. I once saw a manager or shift leader scream at a baristas in a horrible/demeaning way, so I’m thinking it’s the management that’s sucking the atmosphere out of this place? There’s also rarely seating available which isn’t there fault. I think this area just needs another Starbucks. Preferably close to the north quincy T. I love Starbucks, this one just isn’t a good example of what a normal Starbucks is like.

It’s unreal how bad this Starbucks location is… it actually blows my mind every time I give it another shot. I live down the street from this location and go out of my way to avoid it because it’s that bad. There’s always 5 – 6 people behind the counter and they can’t get basic orders out, even if there is no one in line. They consistently get my order wrong(hot tea with soy milk!) I’ve learned not to order anything complicated because it takes so long, and they still add regular milk or so much soy that my tea is cold. I drive all around MA as part of my job and hit up Starbucks all over and whenever I can because it’s my favorite spot for tea or coffee stuff… I can say with certainty that the Milton location is the worst and no one seems to care. I’ve complained before to the manager(young girl with glasses and brown hair)…was told«complaining to me is taking my time away from other customers» Next visit, charged me 60 cents for soy in my tea… but served me regular milk… at this point I think they are just doing it on purpose

The staff, the service, and atmosphere are always top notch. But today I was unable to grab my wife’s coffee because the steamer is broken. Usually I’m up north in Conway Nh and grab here coffee there. When home I shoot over to Milton. It’s how I like to assist my sweetheart while she sleeps in on the weekends. Now she’ll have to suffer as I make it at home.

THEWORSTRUNSTARBUCKSINTHEWORLD!!! No cold brew at 10:41a on a Sunday. A line out the door as usual. The app doesn’t work, so I can’t load my card(probably not the stores fault, but it doesn’t help).

I hate to do this, but after the second time in a row where I’ve had to walk out of this place because it was taking too long, I feel a posting is deserved. First time was just a massive line and my son started to scream, so I had to bail. Lines had always happened before, numerous times, hey it’s popular, OK. Every Starbucks gets ‘em, all it takes is a couple teenagers ordering macchiatos or some other sundae-like coffees. But a couple days ago was the ultimate test. I walked in, ordered immediately, no line — maybe three or four people waiting for drinks. Then I proceeded to wait for 10, 11, 12 minutes(no exaggeration, I checked the time later) while the exhausted, overwhelmed, slow-moving barista struggled to make drinks for all half dozen or so cups laid out in a row. While this was happening, two other employees– looked like managers maybe were chatting with this sea-hag looking lady at the counter about something completely unrelated to orders — parking, other stores, or some nonsense. They chatted for 5 minutes — 6 minutes — 7 minutes as the line stacked up — completely oblivious. Then I saw the original girl that took my order now seeing the room with a dozen people standing there, looking panicked trying to help to fill drinks, though evidently not a barista. So I went back, managed to get her attention and told her to ditch my latte, just pour some drip stuff because I had a meeting and was out of time. She was gracious and I thank her. But I still… Along the way I saw two OTHER employees dart out from the back and disappear — so that’s 5 or 6 people working then but just one overmatched, undermotivated(can’t imagine why) barista. The problem is obvious — management and ownership — there isn’t any. Also — place is usually a filthy mess. One other aspect in which they struggle to keep up.

Always slow service due to poor time management by workers. Baristas are always chatting and horsing around while a long line forms. Drinks are generally decent, however.

Always crowded, under staffed, long lines, never aenough place to sit, takes a long time to get orders.

This is the most convenient Starbucks for me. They have a parking lot in the back but it can be hard to find a spot during peak hours. Most of the time the drinks taste pretty consistent. Staff are friendly and efficient. I appreciate the fact that they have mobile pay now so it makes it that more convenient for me to just grab my coffee when I arrive. I have yet to taste the toasted graham latte because they’ve been sold out of it for over a week now. But this is my go-to location.

This location is closest to where I live. Parking is street only and there are usually spaces on Adams or on one of the used streets. The location can get busy and so the line is long during peak times. There is outdoor seating, which is nice when the weather is nice.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Always out of items. Customer Service is lacking at the register.

Terrible service. Slow no matter the time of day. Batista with braided dreds is brutal. Rude, slow, saw him open someone’s honey packet with his teeth. Great location but the help is slow and clueless.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to. It’s clean a, friendly, and the baristas, although they are ever changing, get used to you and your usual. I like going in and ordering and not actually having to order. I like the personalized experience. They’re coffee is okay, but I’m a tea person recently and I like that they so green tea lattes some justice. The sandwiches are good, but I love the chicken but and I’m always looking for it although it seems to appear rarely. The place does fluctuate in packed magnitudes, but it’s really a good Starbucks to sit down and actually get some work done, relax, or just watch people.

I go here with my mom a lot. I usually get the hot chocolate and my mom has Skinny vanilla latte. It is really good here, that is why I give this place 5 stars

My most favorite Starbucks location hands down. It’s where all the baristas know your name and my skinny vanilla latte always gets churned out within a few minutes. Parking is never a hassle and the store front is always clean and stocked. Will be back tomorrow and the day after and the day after…

This location is convenient for me but parking can be hard to find. The line is usually long but since I prefer Starbucks lattes over Dunkin Donut’s that is across the street, I wait. Service is a hit or miss.

Quick and clean. I’m not sure what else to ask for from a chain. Other than the staff know how to give correct change…

I love this Starbucks location. Parking is always easy to find and the outdoor seating is plus. It’s a good sized area if you want a place to study or hold a little group meeting. The baristas are friendly and recognize me as a regular customer. My friend recently converted me to Starbucks but I do drink Dunkies once in a while because it’s easier to find. I wish they had a drive through Starbucks in my area and there need to be more locations! I’m happy this one is near my house. My favorite drinks are the toffee nut latte, green tea frapp, green tea lemonade, and the berry hibiscus.

I like Starbucks, I don’t love it. The pumpkin spice latte is by far my favorite latte. So during the fall/winter months, I am happy. The taste is consistent. It’s Starbucks. This location however needs to learn about A.) Being friendly B.) Scheduling for a morning rush. Nothing is more annoying then standing in a line 20 deep only to wait even longer for the coffee to be made because they have 1 person making the coffees. Yet you see 6 people behind the counter running back and forth. Makes no sense! I am guaranteed to be late for work if I stop at this Starbucks location. I would rather save the $ 4 and get a regular coffee at Dunkie’s, and make it to work on time.

I LOVE the outdoor seating here. Great for people watching, meeting with friends, and enjoying the sunshine. Inside, it’s okay. The staff could absolutely smile more and the service is sometimes slow and disorganized. Twice I have not gotten my breakfast wrap(no one communicated to put it in the toaster) but both times they very kindly gave me a free drink certificate. The coffee here is okay. I really just come here for the outdoor seating. I usually just get iced coffee because their espresso drinks have been very low quality(weak/bitter).

My favourite part of this particular Starbucks is the patio. There’s ample seating and tables and it’s great for people watching. I find myself knitting here fairly often. Inside is just as functional with a back entrance to the lot behind the building. This lot is NOT for Starbucks’ use, however. Parking is on the street out front or around the corner. Tight, but doable. Overall, a great Starbucks as Starbucks go. The one downtown is really overcrowded, noisy and no place to sit outside.
