Giving it one star for bad and rude service. Clerk ringing up was rude and not welcoming. Pastry counter was mislabeled and I needed to ask what each one was. She kept asking which one? Which one? Didn’t get the chance to answer and would have bought more given the chance and really should have bought none. Finally gave up and said forget it. Stupid me I still bought the two that I actually got her to bag. We think she might have been part of management, too bad for the company. This is the second panera we’ve been to and won’t go into one again. Not worth the effort or our hard earned money.

Place to go while working in the area. Place is over priced, soup and salad combo $ 11. Food is cheap quality and seems to be solely a lunch pit without a soul. Lame little spot to spend a lunch.

Omg! LOVE IT! Just tried the frozen Carmel! BETTER THEN STARBUCKS! (I’m a gold member there lol) The line is fast and the staff is the BOMB! I love coming here!

I really like Panera and this is my favorite location. The food is consistently fantastic and the employees are nice, especially the cashiers. Like many casual restaurants, they have many different kinds of food so one is bound to find something they like. They have a delicious spicy sausage soup and I’m a big fan of their flat bread sandwiches. I always think of Panera as a solid and reliable place. Occasionally I’ll get a loaf of bread to take home and they’re always good. My only complaint is that I wish they had more organic ingredients, like lettuce in their salads and organic apples for the side they offer you. I’d love to see a more organic menu!

Corn chowder deserves 5 stars. Summer poppyseed salad with chicken deserved a 2 flavor and freshness was lacking. the slow wifi a 1 star. Nothing more frustrating then slow wifi, why even bother advertising wifi. Customer service… friendliness a 2 but quick to replace my disappointing salad with more soup with no questions… a 5 star. There you have it.

I love the food and usually the customer service here is decent. I just got rung up by the general manager… Completely unwelcoming and no engaged at all. Disappointing.

Had them cater a corporate lunch… sandwich assortment was A+ and the salads fresh and tasty. I will use them again for catering. Docked one * for being a bit pricier than my other choices that week.
