Ivan and the boys are amazing. I’m a new homeowner and was very nervous about having work done because of my lack of education about remodeling and associated costs. Ivan went out of his way beforehand to make sure I understood everything and put up with my occasional freak-​outs about the process. They were all professional and courteous and neat and patient. It was a simple (hah) small bathroom remodel, but I got more out of it than I expected (like new electrical wiring!) They came in right at budget and finished in no time at all. The best part was that I knew that if I needed to get in touch with Ivan, I could. He always made himself available over the phone or email to answer any questions I had. I will absolutely, without a doubt, most certainly be using them for any other project that I need done.

Ivan and his crew have worked for us several times. They worked on our home remodeling projects, and on our salon and spa business. Their work is top notch, no doubt about it. On top of that they always clean up, are friendly, and polite. Also, he had really good ideas if you are not sure what you want to do.
I’ve hired many contractors over the years and Ivan and his team are light years ahead of ALL the other contractors I’ve hired in all areas.
If you have the opportunity to get him to work for you, don’t even look at another contractor because the results will be beyond your expectations.

Ivan and his team of Tony and Pedro came back to do an entire remodel of the front of our house. New windows, built a pantry, created a new entryway with landing, expanded a half bath to a full bath, new flooring, faux beams on the ceiling, lighting, and so on. They quoted 3 weeks and were done in 3 weeks + 1 day. They stayed in budget and even came up with more ways to save $. We paid only for time and labor purchasing materials on our own that Ivan would pick up from Home Depot for us. They also cleaned up afterwards and hauled everything to the dump without extra fees. They showed up on time and would only stop working for a short lunch break.
During week 2 of the remodel I had foot surgery and was on bed rest. Ivan and the crew were so courteous they would check on me to make sure I was OK. They also continued to play with my cats and give them treats. My one cat is a serious bitch so to be nice to him instead of throwing him out is a mega plus.
