Pizza Hut

I don’t know why I even order from this place! One time I ordered food for delivery, they said 50 mins. I had to call at 1.15 hrs and they told me the driver was 5 mins away. He didn’t come for another 15 mins! Another time I ordered breadsticks and the dough was not fully cooked.
Tonight I ordered 1 large pizza with two toppings. It came on time and they gave me what I ordered but the center of the pizza is not cooked all the way through! I can easily put frozen pizza and cook it for a hell of a lot cheaper than Pizza Hut. Which really is what I should do bc this place is garbage! The one in Waipahu isn’t nearly as bad. I’m paying $ 25 for a friggen pizza can you at least cook it all the way through!!!

To me pizza is pizza and I buy their pizza and pasta to fill my stomach and for others (big groups) for cheap. I never had any problems with this location and the staff (front/​cashier) are always friendly. One thing that I really like about this place is they actually CHECK your ID when your credit card isn’t signed. With everyone being so laid back all the time and not checking for ID which could prevent stolen credit/​debit cards to be used for fraudulent charges. I applaud this location for that as they always ask but I know it may not be a convenience to all but you’ll appreciate it if someone stole your CC.
This location is small right next to Zippy’s Mililani and in Town Center. The parking lot gets pretty busy since Pet Smart and Zippy’s are their neighbors. This Pizza Hut isn’t like other locations where they have a dine in or buffet style eatery but they are a wing street location which is a plus as I’m not sure if things have changed but not all Pizza Huts have wings on Hawaii.

Omg. This place is a disaster. First of all, I waited several minutes before anyone greeted me (my pizza order was staring at me in the hot oven). There were several employees who walked by and did not ask if I was being helped. When I got home and opened the box, it was the wrong pizza. Errr. I guess I have to remind myself that whenever I order pizza from here, I had better check it before leaving. Dominos is just a mile or so away. I’ll be going there from now on.

I was really disappointed with the quality of the pizzas I ordered to take home. I ordered a personal pan cheese pizza for my grandson and a New Yorker half mushroom and half pepperoni. When the cashier opened the personal pan cheese pizza to show me the product I was shocked and told the cashier there is two slices without any cheese on it and she told me if I wanted to wait 8 minutes and they will make another one but I told her just put some cheese on the slices that’s missing the cheese an I’ll go home and put it in the microwave oven! She came back and said they would fix it but when I got home and my 4 year old grandson looked at it he didn’t want to eat it!
The New Yorker pizza was dry and very skimpy on the toppings! It looks like Pizza Hut no longer take pride in how the pizza is made and served! I remember they use to be number one. They just lost my business!

Ordered a pizza and pasta which I love but found that those cheese and red pepper packets were missing. Called to inquire and was told that they are now only available upon request. Call me cheap but I felt like all of a sudden I was robbed of something that I had all my life. The guy on the phone could have asked if I needed any out of good customer service but nay. #notinformed #timesmustbetough #dominosdeliversinmililani.

Late again! This location is famous for their late orders. As I type this, my wife is waiting for our order that’s already 30-​minutes late. She said that there’s a long line of people waiting for their orders. This is not the first time this has happened. Unfortunately they are the closest location… Will probably not order from this location again as their service is terrible.

It’s hit or miss with Pizza Hut.
The staff is always a pleasure – but it’s such a small location they get back logged on busy nights, especially during Football Season.
The prices are outrageous compared to the mainland locations too!

They seem to not even want to work at this Pizza Hut. FYI I love the hut! This place is disgusting. They are always late and consistently unapologetic. They can’t take an order to save their store. It would be one thing if I was a disgruntled first time customer but I’m not. I love Pizza Hut so I kept giving them a chance but it’s never improved. They close to early and if something goes wrong they expect you to still tip and deal with it.

I’ll keep it short and simple. Dont say it’ll take a certain time, if it wont be out in time. & dont give excuses.

Went in there for a quick pizza to go. Erin was wonderful and very friendly.

Always check your order, I can’t tell you how many times they’ve gotten my order wrong. What’s amazing is that 90% of the time I’ve placed the same order. When I complained the mgr blamed the customer service reps but I showed him his ticket it was typed correctly. No I’m sorry but just more excuses, I called the main # for customer care in Oahu 3 times, NEVER a return call, I just am left to assume that customer care is not a Pizzahut priority.

Those that live in Waipio Valley: The drivers don’t know the streets very well, and are often overwhelmed because of the dense housing situation. It’s understandable right?
I once waited over an hour and a half for my pizza, which was cold by the time I’d gotten it. Pizza Hut kept calling me telling me that the house the pizza was being delivered to was not real. Don’t make up excuses, you all should know Waipio Valley! The driver finally found the place and was unapologetic and seemed stressed.

I normally always pick up from this location… and usually I receive decent service and a decent pizza. Nothing fancy, nothing spectacular, nothing to rave about… as Unilocal ratings put it… just A-​OK.
However, on my last visit, the pepperoni/​mushroom pizza I ordered looked… well… SAD. Barely ANY cheese on literally half the pizza, and barely any toppings. Granted I did order 2 pizzas and the other one was decent, but this pizza was missing A LOT. Unfortunately it was my Dad’s pizza… and he wasn’t too happy. Called them back, and they offered to make a new one and have me pick it up and swap it out. He didn’t like that. They offered a $ 5 credit towards my next purchase. He didn’t like that. They offered to make a new one and have someone deliver it within a maximum of 30 minutes, and that he took them up on. FAIL to them for getting to us after the 30 minutes, and FAIL to them for getting a pizza which DID look better, but 3 of the slices had NO cheese on ¾’s of the slice AGAIN. WTH?! How hard is it to evenly disperse toppings onto a pizza?! Seriously I may just order from Wahiawa and drive back to Mililani next time because this place needs to step it up!
The store itself is small with only a small bench to sit on while waiting for your order. Prices are expensive, but get a coupon in the paper!

Little shop, no seating. It’s pizza hut, so you know what you’re getting.
The staff was very friendly, and they always have our pizza’s ready on time. Never had any problems, missed or late orders. I usually like to use a coupon or the carry-​out for literacy card.
