Brand new, remodeled Wendy’s store at the Junction of Route 85, Fortune Boulevard, and Dilla Street. Looks great. Looking forward to returning again soon… never a problem at this Wendy’s!

My two teenage kids and I stopped at this Wendy’s on our way home from Bible study. It was around 9:30pm as we were running late, we stopped here to grab something quick. I ordered two double baconators and a single one. When we got home the burgers were not edible. They were extremely salty. Then it dawned on us, that’s why the staff was so giggly. We dumped our burgers and I called customer service and they said someone would return my call within the next 48 hrs and it hasn’t happened. I don’t care about the money or getting free food but if there’s no control over who does what to the burgers, I’m afraid to think they could have done worse things to the food. Yuck, yuck! Definitely NOT going back to this branch or Wendy’s in general.

The only reason I am giving a 3 star is because I like Wendy’s. The professionalism is a little lack luster and the host Edward should not be talking about how he had to get up early and he isn’t a morning person and now has to work past his shift. also common courtesy would be nice since I was nice to you

Everytime I go there, I ask why did we do that? food is always terrible — bacon is NEVER cooked. Mgr on duty is rude. I’ll travel alittle further and go someplace else.

This location has changed managers many times and the quality and service is not very consistent. I stopped eating here because the fries are never fresh. The best time to hit this place are Saturday’s during the lunch hour but stay away on evening and late nights.
