McDonald’s

I have lived in the village for three years now and the only thing keeping me coming is my love for mc donalds. One of the female managers, the one with brown hair is so rude and disrespectful. I’ve gone back hoping for better service and it just gets worse every couple times. It’s sad and very pathetic to bring down such a neighborhood spot

I have been to this McDonald’s at least 3 times to get ice cream the machine has been broke. The other day I went and ordered a smoothie they said they were out of yogurt.

They are fast but the food is still fresh. I’m not a huge fan of McDonaolds but this one is good. People are really polite which isn’t always the case at fast food corporate places.

I stopped in and grabbed a couple sandwiches and the service was OK the workers need to stop having chip on their shoulders and smile. Having worked in a service job I know what its like to deal with rude customers, but you be the bigger professional by being the mature one. What folks need to keep in mind is that you have a job there are countless people out there who would be glad to work where you’re standing at and taking BS for a check and trust me there are folks out there every day who take BS for a check and are not this frosty towards a customer. I do like how they keep the drive thru clean and free of trash. I have been to countless McDonalds around the Chicagoland area and few are clean and quite a few of them are pretty nasty inside and outside. This is one of the few McDonalds that is actually clean and the workers don’t look like ghetto hoodrats. What got me was the part about videotaping when Midlothian comes off as an area that doesnt really have a lot of problems per se because of the high police prescence in the area. You want to however be forewarned about the exit gate that’s closed at certain times of the day since the restaurant is situated by a school which to me shouldnt be closed so people can’t get out they just need to enforce drivers to watch for children since they shouldnt reroute traffic from someone’s business establishment. I guess that’s what you get when you are in Midlothian…:-P

This is the only McDonald’s that can screw up a black coffee.
How do you screw up black coffee? By adding 5 creams and 8 artificial sweeteners! I certainly wasn’t about to try drinking what amounts to a cup full of cream and sweetener, but I couldn’t, even if I wanted to, because I’m allergic to fake sugar!
I wish I would have examined the coffee instead of just putting it in the cup holder and going on my way. It never crossed my mind to, because no McDonald’s has ever screwed up a black coffee in the hundreds of times I’ve ordered it!
Also, the signs in the parking lot that say something along the lines of «You are being videotaped and these videotapes may be used to prosecute crimes.»
