Food has gone downhill from when they first opened. Portions are smaller. Service has been consistently subpar/below average — ordered buffet items are slow to arrive and sometimes forgotten so you need to ask(bother?) the waitresses to reorder. Staff not friendly which leads to a very unpleasant dining experience. Won’t be going back.

Never disappointed with the sushi here! Miso soup is also really good and service is top notch. Great take out or sit down place.

Too many cons to dine here. First and foremost, the food is not very good. The rolls fall apart and the miso soup is water. Yes, it’s a decent value, so you’ll have a few extra cents in your pocket, but left disappointed by the food. The service is consistently below average. And every time I have come in, the menus are soaked from having been wiped down.

I gotta say all you can eat lunch was good with the price 12.99 each. U can choose from the menu they gave you. It’s a spot for quick and cheap lunch.

Overall this place is probably more 4 stars for the area. The service is quite lacking but is not so bad if you are more proactive in getting the waitstaff’s attention. So if you are more on the timid side, you may actually not enjoy eating here… or bring someone that is not shy about waving someone down.

All you can eat here is the best. service can get slow if the restaurant is busy but the food is worth it. I especially recommend the udon noodles, dragon roll, and eel avocado/eel cucumber rolls. Great for dinner parties as they have a large private room which we’ve used more than once for birthdays.

For all you can eat sushi this is better then expected and a great price. It’s great for birthday dinners because it prevents people from arguing about the check.

This is such a great place for the price! If you are into eating a lot of sushi, but do not have a crowd to justify buying those sushi boats on fancier places, this is your best option in the area. It is also an excellent way to eat several of those special rolls that would cost you 10 – 20 dollars everywhere else.

Amazing Food! fresh fish, delicious sushi! always go out of my way to hit up sushi palace ! The only thing that might be as good as the food is the service.

Always a long wait to get served. Then wait to place order. Then wait between orders for the all you can eat. Worst service I’ve ever had, but continue to go and put up with it for the sushi since it’s amazing. I give the food 5 stars but the service gets 1. For that reason I’m rating a 3. On a side note try the Edison roll, it’s like candy sushiiiii

Bad sushi, bad cooked food, and terrible service. Ate there on Sunday evening, very few people, service was fast but waitresses don’t understand English very well. Not their fault, but being a very non busy evening, there were 4 waitresses, two which seem to be able to speak English quite well and other two were serving us. Need better training program if they want to represent the restaurant service rather just let the new girls that don’t speak well, serve the customers. Tag team effort to coach the ones that don’t speak well would have been nice to see. Order was a little screwed up, but understandable. Cooked food was like pre packaged food reheated, not made fresh or even from scratch. Suggest sono down the road who serves better made Japanese cultured food and fresher sushi.

This place is the best sushi buffet you can go to. It has been successful enough to open multiple locations. It isnt the highest grade sushi but for a byob buffet … what could you expect. Its service isnt extremely personable but again it is a buffet.

This place is one of my favorites. If you’re looking for tasty all you can eat sushi look no further. This is usually my go to sushi spot I’ve been to better fancier places but for the price here you can’t go wrong. There is always a table available and the ambiance is great for a relaxing time with friends. The music choice isn’t the best but I like that I can talk to the people I am with without having to yell. My favorite choices are the shrimp tempura and Edison roll soooo good! As for service time my sushi never takes more than 20 minutes to be served to me and my appetizers are served right away. Good place, decent food love it!

The sushi and alright, but expect a long wait time for your sushi. The fish isn’t the most fresh, but that’s what I expected from an AYCE place. They have a great selection of kitchen food like tempura and seaweed salad.

Easily the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. It took nearly three hours to get two of our three plates of sushi, and an hour and a half to get edamame, that I asked for 4 times. We asked our server to get us water a total of seven times and did not get it until we got up, approached the manager, and asked for everything that we did not get. Our orders were forgotten about and our table was neglected. Customers coming in looking to get a table were not acknowledge for long periods of time. One group in particular left the restaurant and the staff chased them down outside to tell them to come in. Definitely would not recommend this place.

you cannot beat the all you can eat sushi here! The soups, appetizer choices and the ice cream are a great value. Also, all speciality rolls are included. The butterfly is one of my favorites. Unfortunately, recently the staff hasnt been as attentive. Focused on their phone, it takes them sometime to realize you are ready for your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th round of sushi. Maybe they think if they wait you will magically become full? Not me, i am always ready for more sushi to the face. NOMNOM good! Service nom nom in need of improvement.

My two coworkers and I went for lunch on a random weekday. The sushi wasn’t amazing but it was ok. It didn’t wow but it didn’t disappoint. I was really impressed with the variety of options they had in the all you can eat menu. I would’ve given them 4 stars if it didn’t feel like they were rushing us out. When we got there, we were the only table there. When we left, there were only 3 other tables of 2 – 3 people so the place wasnt packed. It just felt like they were trying to get us out so we don’t order any more(rushed to take our plates/menu away). We had already finished our meal and were on a 1 hour lunch break so it wasn’t like we were sitting for 2 – 3 hours. My friend loves this chain so id be willing to give this location another try. Hopefully they don’t dissapoint.

I’m a big fan of this franchise and this location doesn’t disappoint. It’s much bigger and spacious than the rest of the ones I have been to so that is a plus. I went on a Sunday night around 6pm and it wasn’t too packed. we got the all you can eat option and it was great! Everything came out quick, the service was good and the quality of the food was what I expected. Def coming back again.

ALL-YOU-CAN-EATSUSHIIS A THING? My boyfriend & I stopped at Sushi Palace somewhat begrudgingly on a weekend night, not that enthusiastic about eating what we assumed would be mediocre sushi from a strip mall restaurant. And though Sushi Palace is indeed located in a strip mall, its food doesn’t parallel its crummy location. Warning: Going the all-you-can-eat sushi takes awhile, which is a bit limiting in terms of actually ordering all you can eat. Your best bet is to order a bunch of stuff all at once & hope you don’t need more! Though some have said they’ve been chastised for not eating everything they order, that’s never happened to me; sometimes you just don’t like something or can’t eat any more — but do make an effort not to be wasteful or to abuse the system! Favorites include the Red California Roll(Crab meat, avocado, Japanese cucumber, & tempura flakes) and the super-amazing Butterfly roll(Soybean paper, lobster, mango, crunchy flakes, & avocado with sweet. sauce). They have a nice tempura selection, too(try the pumpkin!) & the crispy calamari comes with an awesome sauce.
