This store is huge and has a large grocery section. They don’t have a gluten free area, which is always frustrating so I go to Aldi nearby for gluten free food. The electronics department had NOONE working in it and at least 5 people hovering around the desk when we walked up so I went to another department and tracked down a lady to get someone for me. The guy that helped us got asked by two other people to help them and called on the radio 3 times while helping us for the few minutes we asked him about sound systems. They need more staff in electronics, especially the week of Christmas. The rest of the employees were very friendly and helpful throughout the store. The pharmacy also had a long wait for pickup. I waited over 10 minutes.

I have never had such horrible service anywhere as I do every Walmart I have been in. While most of the employees are friendly, the products they sell are cheaply made, the produce is horrible, the stores are always dirty and there are never enough cashiers. They say that they have the lowest prices around but they don’t. It also seems that every time I go in to the stores their policies change and not for the better. I’m finished with Walmarts everywhere and will be spending my money elsewhere!

I shop at Walmart at least two times a week and this time was the final! I brought back a product with a value of approximately 52 dollars and it was in the packaging that it came in and I was wanting to do an exchange but had no receipt. Apparently since its value is over $ 50 they can do nothing for you… The floor around the customer service desk was filthy and very unfriendly lady behind the counter. WALMARTNOMORE!!!

Any grocery store opens 24⁄7 deserves at least four stars for the great convenience it offers to customers. It is easy to park.

I don’t care for Walmart, but sometimes just have to go there. This particular Walmart is better than the Valpo location. They have better choices, they re-stock, and are friendlier.

When I shop at WalMart I expect that they will have a price usually lower then other places and that if I need help, help may be hard to find. And I’m okay with that.

We came here for a rest stop and it was a very bad idea. The restrooms were very dirty. We decided to pick up some items here for our trip and when we went to pay, we waited forever to check out. They do not have enough cashiers here. We were also looking for some items that this Walmart did not have available. Their lack of inventory of products was disappointing.

It’s just okay. Doesn’t seem to be any management present at this one. Waited longer in line than it took to get all my shopping in the cart.

Although, the new Wal-Mart store is much larger and carries more products, overall, it’s a bust! The store is laid out quite awkwardly, they are frequently out of items and are not re-stocked, and out of the 30 registers, there are never more than 5 open at a time. I would say the average wait time to check out is about 15 – 20 minutes. Not sure, but I’m fairly certain most people don’t want to waste 20 minutes after spending an hour shopping just to pay for their items. Also, the employees are constantly complaining to their co-workers right in front of you. It, literally, has happened every time I have been there. They may have the best prices, but they have terrible customer service. Most of the employees look like they haven’t showered in days and this may seem picky, but I really don’t want someone with filthy hands and fingernails touching my fresh produce and other groceries! The employees their have no idea how to perform their job. They are always calling for a manager at their register for things they should know how to do which, of course, makes you look like the jerk holding up the line. I have considered that perhaps all the employees seem unhappy because there is a chance they are treated like crap and are not managed properly. Whatever the case, Wal-Mart should seriously re-vamp the way they do business.

This is probably the best Wal-Mart I have patronized to date. At the same time, it’s Wal-Mart and no store in this chain should get above 3 Stars. This one just opened and the first thing you notice is that store staff are not wearing those silly green smocks and have more of an eco-friendly«Dockers» look. The new blue Wal-Mart motif also helps, as does the attractive and roomy layout and staff who have kicked up the customer service model up a notch.

I think Sam Walton is rolling in his grave thinking about what his kids have done to wal-mart. They recently have moved into a bigger building they constructed, Leaving they old wal-mart store vacant(thankfully, big r came in). Customer service is shit. Prices are fair, yet you have to think about what they did to get them lowered. For instances — driving rubbermaid out of business and buying them out. The grocery store is nice, although evertime I shop there I think, I should be at Jewel or Al’s right now. Long lines to check out, cracked out employees and generally unpleasant nature leads me to say I will shop somewhere else, unless I am really broke and need some cheap stuff.

It may have been smaller but I liked the old Walmart better. The shelves were always stocked and the staff didn’t seem as unfriendly as they do now. I love the door greeters and most of the cashiers but most of the others do not know the meaning of customer service. I’m tired of the shelves being out of what you need and no one can give you an answer as to when it will be in. The jewelry manager needs to retire or find a job that makes her happy. My husband bought me a $ 700 ring and every time I went back to have it sized or problems with the setting she had nothing but shitty attitude with me. I wanted to have my daughters ears pierced at the age of 1 and this same women told me her ears were too small, she’s also very lazy and simply didn’t want to be bothered. I took my daughter somewhere else the same day and had them done with no problems. Now, about the prices. The prices are good on most of their products but is it really worth it, I guess so because I continue to shop there. However, if I were rich I would forever shop somewhere else.

I am glad they moved this place to make a larger store. The other mall they were in was hard to get in and out of. Of course you can’t see this place from the street. But who cares. It’s new and they have everything you could possably need and the prices are great. The taxes are cheap too. I don’t know if the cashier was being extra friendly by double bagging everything and only putting 4 items in each one. Or if she was just pissed off at her manager? Screw it! As long as she was nice to me. I’m all good.
