Roses arrived FRESH and lightening quick via FedEX. You can tell they paid a pretty penny on packaging to keep these roses safe and secure. I appreciate that! The quality of roses were AMAHHHZING. I have never seen more perfect roses in my life. Customer service was great! I knew every step of the way about my order and it’s arrival. I truly believe this is a great business that cares about their image and customers. You just earned my repeat business!

ordered flowers on Sunday for delivery today on valentines day… they arent replying to emails and have disconnected their phone… what a scam. not only does my wife not get flowers but now i have to dispute the transaction via paypal

The BF got some email in broken English stating that the UPS plane broke down, then the order was rushed to fedex for delivery today.
This order was placed weeks ago, and because of Spring in the Air, my flowers will be rotting in a box all weekend because instead of delivery today, It will be delivered Monday.
FAIL FAIL FAIL
These scam artists disconnected their phone too.
Our special day, ruined because of Spring in the Air. RUINED.
