Terrible service.
My friend sent me Hydrangea for my birthday. Delivered August 27^th dead by
August 30^th.
Just called them and they hung up on me.
Will make Brickell Homeowners Association aware of this. Have already
contacted a member.

for a birthday arrangement in mid November. The online ordering process was quick and easy.
Like I place the order on the same day as delivery, I opted for the deal of the day arrangement. It was described as the freshest product available on that day. Balloons and chocolates were also added to the order.
The delivery was on point and as promised. Everything was there but I was a bit disappointed. Cheap chocolates and simple mylar balloons. No quality and nothing to brag about but I guess a deal is a deal for a reason. The birthday note attached was hand written and very unprofessional. Some of the words were unreadable. The mystery deal of the day flower arrangement was small but presentable.
I have had good and bad experiences with many flower companies. Brickell ave flowers was not a hit for me and not worth the money.

I can’t begin to describe how disappointing it was to receive a flower arrangement from Brickell Avenue Flowers. It seems that the flowers were just tossed into a vase with no form of arrangement! Very Sloppy! To make matters worst one of the roses was broken at the neck of the bud and to top that off these roses are white another stem came in with pink lipstick. Definitely not worth the $ 100 the sender spent. When he called to complain all he was told that there was «a delivery charge of $ 35 and their CUT was $ 64.99». There was no attempt on their end to issue a refund or even some sort of credit. BEWARE!!! Do Not order from Brickell Avenue Flowers for anything. They sure know how to put a damper on the special message you are trying to convey to that special someone!

Just received a birthday arrangement. I could not express my disappointment to the sender as it was a wonderful gesture. My intent, however, is to educate and make aware of the poor or lack of talent of floral design to those who may consider ordering flowers «blindly».
There is nothing in the designs featured on their website that REMOTELY resembles what was sent out. The vase was oversized, and what flowers were thrown into it looked worse than a first time design attempt by a novice «designer».
Being a retired design instructor, I feel the shop was cutting corners with inexperienced personnel. Again, nothing about what was received was professional looking and certainly looked nothing like designs shown on their website. I ask for nothing other than making aware to future buyers sending flowers to have some expectation of quality design and ensure they follow up to make sure what was ordered is what is delivered.

Excellent florist. Creative and fresh flowers and every request handled professionally. I love this family owned business and will happily continue to use their service.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Brickell Ave Flowers for several years. The florist has the talent for beautiful and unique arrangements. Service is friendly and knowledgeable and deliveries have always been made as promised. I would certainly recommend this family business to anyone in the Miami area.

My friend ordered an orchid plant for my birthday from here. Now, I’m not the greatest caretaker of plants, and so inevitably, the orchid died on me and I was left with a sad bunch of twigs after a couple months. I decided to see if I could get a replacement orchid.
They had just moved from the One Brickell Plaza building into the 801 Brickell building (Bank of America) in the lobby. It’s a beautiful space and they have plenty of flowers, but more importantly orchids! I took my wilted twigs to the florist Lee who was super helpful. She gave me some really helpful care instructions. She re-​potted my old plant, changed the soil, and gave some great tips on taking care of it, how much water it needs, etc. So she also sold me a new orchid, and took the time to help me bring the pitiful bunch of twigs back to life at no extra charge. I highly recommend coming here if you need flowers. Lee knows what she’s talking about and makes some really stunning flower arrangements in the store. Will be using her more often!
