When it comes to prices, I find them cheaper than any other Feng Shui store online — 1 star. However, it is not worth saving only a few bucks if dealing with them makes you feel that your business is disregarded. I don’t think that this company knows the value of customer service and knows how to deliver profesionally. Even if you get a payment confirmation and you are informed of an estimated delivery, they have not shipped your paid orders unless you follow-up on it. That gave me a bad sign. Luckily, their products arrived on the day they said from their reply on my follow-up inquiry. But from there, everything goes downhill. The items received were poorly packed in flimsy and dirty boxes. One of the items was obviously a factory defect as the damaged did not clearly came from the timeframe of its en route and it is not that kind of damage resulted from shipment handlings. Not all of the items were shipped. I was expecting it to be complete as I have not received any backorder notice and not a single note with the shipment. Also, not all of the items arrived are what is shown in the pictures. That tells me a lot of things about this company — that they have decided to ship a damaged item anyway in hope that their customer will just accept it, have taken it upon themselves not to update their customers even when payments have been made and definitely misrepresents their products. When I called, the person who took my call is very cold and unprofessional. She however gave me instructions how to get a replacement and it stopped from there. The call ended without any thank you’s or goodbye’s. I find that very odd coming from a business. A few moments after I hanged up, miraculously, a better person called me back and somewhat explain things better and assured me that a replacement is on its way, explained the issue of the missing item and provided further details on why the items I received are not the same from the pictures — 2nd star. The replacement came a few days but the missing item has not shipped from the timeframe I am given. I had to call them again and you would expect that you should have been given an update as a business courtesy, right? My first attempt to contact them was not successful. I had to contact them again. This is when they offered to provide a refund because their expected shipment did not arrived. I must mention that I ordered a set and there is no indication anywhere that a part of the set is not available… I will not recommend purchasing from them. You are better off taking your business somewhere else. The stress is not worth it.
