My son loves to go here because spaghetti is his favorite food and it was his birthday so we went. The food was again overcooked almost tasted as if from frozen… BUT once again, the service was excellent! Our server was Jorge and it was Thursday 1÷28÷16 at 5:15 pm. He was on top of everything and anticipated our needs despite having a full section. Now if the food could be as good as the service that would be great especially since the prices have gone up.

No one goes to Olive Garden expecting the finest in Italian cuisine. If you do, please save your money and treat yourself to the higher rated and authentic non chain restaurants. However, for especially families and a starving tummy, it is the place to chow down hot breadsticks, endless semi nutritional greens, and a simple pasta dish without going broke. The appetizers have improved as have their entrees. Most go during their specials, such as «endless pasta» or $ 12.99 Trio. They do have excellent creamy soups. The minestrone is their least tasty. I like their meat sauce, meatballs, and sausage. The best entrees are the«special entrees». Decent desserts, but who has the room after this feast? Enjoy!

The Olive Garden is as the the Olive Garden does. I have been to quite a few olive gardens and the service is usually good; however,(you knew it had to come) this particular location always seems to disappoint in some way. We had a party of 8 and we were sat within reasonable time and the service was attentive. We had a two person team that seemed to work well until one of the waiters(I will leave his name off of here) seemed to be very irritated with special requests for additional sauce or more breadsticks. One request from my table was additional salad and he pulled salad from one side of the table to her and slammed the bowl down in front of her. After a nice private conversation with that waiter on the side(and he never apologized) I asked him to not come back to our table. His partner for the evening, Carlos– was amazing. He hustled after the talk(he tried to help during our ‘conversation’ but I asked him kindly to not worry as this had nothing to do with the attitude. Carlos went so far as to even talk and interact with the guests at the table including a 91 year old grandmother in the party– he won all of over. Olive Garden management– if you read these reviews, it was Friday January 22 at 8pm– party of eight– Carlos deserves some great kudos!

The food quality, food portion, and customer service are not worth the high prices. Pasta is the cheapest food to make! So why are you charging an arm and a leg!

I’ve always been a fan of OG, but it’s quite far from me, so don’t visit often. Today’s experience was not a good one, doubt I will be returning. I tend to create my own pasta: bowtie, white sauce, mushrooms, shrimp. They don’t have bow tie on their menu any longer. the white sauce tasted very much like canned sauce, waiter forgot the mushrooms(he apologized and was very sweet about it, so not a big deal), shrimp was minuscule — tiny, tiny, tiny. Service: It was good. Waiter was friendly and did great at fulfilling a few extra requests: to go bag, separating some of the dessert items due to preference, etc. Note: They now have these machines in which you can order stuff: drinks, apps, games, etc. I must have touched the wrong button bc my bill reflected a 1.99 table game charge. I spoke to server and he had the manager remove it. Keep your eyes on the bill, specially if you have kids with you, as they can easily order stuff(my toddler wasn’t to blame this time around, but I could totally see how it could happened). I am not a fan of this new add on, at all. I saw zero children interacting with family, they were all glued to this machine playing. Ek! $ 30 later and I was not satisfied with food at all.

One of my favorite restaurants to go for lunch and dinner. I love Italian food and Olive Garden always exceeds expectations with it’s menu(which always adds new plates) and it’s service. Last time out waitress Trina was a doll, friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. Always a great time and great food. Highly Recommend it.

I recommend this restaurant for the following reasons. Olive Garden is one of my favorite chains in the United States. I love the concept; you get as much bread stick, soup or salad and housemade iced tea as you want. Food: The entrees were good. Ravioli were delicious and the mozzarella sticks came with a nice tomato-basil sauce. The salad was nice, tasted very healthy and had a delicious italian dressing. Breadsticks are really good as well. My five cheese marinara with italian sausage was ok. The sauce lacked a strong cheese-taste although there were five cheese flavors. My friends loved their dishes; cheese ravioli and two times grilled chicken. Service: The waiter was nice and polite but he didn’t seem too motivated. I was glad he didn’t try to convince us to buy a wine once we said that we don’t want alcoholic drinks. The POS system is very advanced. Each table has a touch screen device whith which you can easily pay or use it to distract children with games(-: The point off is because of the not overly motivated waiter, slightly bland cheese sauce, the too cold AC and the 2 dollars fee(no warning or instruction) for the video game on the touch screen device.

I always have a great time when I come here. The only downside is the wait time. They don’t even give you accurate wait time which is a real shame because I’m very sure they lose a lot of customers because of this. Waiters are average. It’s a chain restaurant so I don’t ever expect them to go above and beyond. Now on to the positive. The food here is great. The salad and bread sticks are the best part of the evening. The overall atmosphere is very attractive which is the reason why my overall experience is good. The drinks are average also if you go with a good group of friends you’ll have a good time.

After reading some reviews I was reluctant to go here but it was great. Its not an Italian fine dining atmosphere but great for families and for couples and there’s many seating options. We went on a Monday so our server Jorge gave us extra attention it seemed. It was my husbands first time at OG so he explained the menu in detail. We were offered wine samples that lead us to getting wine and I ordered mushroom ravioli which was perfect since I was already full from the free bread and free salad. My husband ordered a beef & mushroom tortellini with asiago cheese that was flavored perfectly he loved it. So 2 glasses of wine, an extra beverage and 2 full delicious meals for under $ 50. That’s great for us. Awesome we will go back for sure.

I made a ToGo orer online and swooped up after work to pick it up. It was a rather large order of Chicken parmaigiana and House Salad but everything was ready to go and complete at the time scheduled(6P). I found the service at the counter to be attentive and thorough. Everyone at my function enjoyed the food and there was more than enough to go around. Ive eaten here(and at other locations) several times with mixed results. In fact, for a few years, i basically avoided Olive Garden. Im giving my experience with them yesterday 4 stars, but my overall impression is about a 3.

Went there on September 16 as a Date Night with my wife. It was great. She told the staff about her shellfish allergy and they explained how everything was cooked separate. The waiter was super nice and offered a house wine to taste. The breadsticks were amazing and so was the salad. I ordered the Chicken Marsela and my wife ordered the Trio of Italy. I have to admit, all the food was cooked perfect and the pricing was great. Will be going there again soon.

I absolutely love Italian food. Olive garden has a wide variety of entrees and caters to authenticity . I went during rush hour(Friday night) for a quick drink and bite. The seating by the bar is my preffered area for a party of 2. Our waiter was quick to help us out and speedy with the order however, they have these new tablets where you can order your food which I dislike. We were indecisive about what we should order and he recommended that when we are ready to order from the tablet. Call me old school but I hated this idea. It definitely loses the personal touch of basic human interaction. PLUS, that is part of the gratuity –the interaction with your waiter ! Apart from that, the Sangarita paired with the chicken flatbread was esquisite. They also give complimentary bread sticks which is my favorite item from olive garden . I can’t wait to go back for more !

Olive garden is always packed any day and time that you go. As we were waiting for our table, the pager that we were given had a sticker that said if you show the pager at the bar, you get half off wine. We wanted to take advantage of this deal since we were told to wait 30 min, so we walked to the bar. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to attend to us, but no one stopped to ask what we wanted. So we left the bar, and waited outside. That was a bit disappointing. We were seated maybe 15 minutes later. We were a party of 7, celebrating my bf’s grandmothers birthday. After 5 min of being seated, they brought us those warm, delicious bread sticks they make. I imagined the waiter would take our order at that moment. He took our order after 15 – 20 min of us sitting and waiting. Shortly after, they brought the salad, very good. I think that was actually my favorite part. I ordered the cheese ravioli. It was alright. Nothing great. I wouldn’t order it again. The waiter was absolutely phenomenal. We were attended by Nelson, he was so kind and attentive. I wish he took our order a little sooner, but he was just great. Next time I go, I will ask for Nelson to attend us.

Las time was a nightmare the waitress Dialenys think was her name was definitely not good to serve tables. You have to like people to do that job. She was bored to do it. First time we didn’t like Olive Garden. There is a new mini computer table. I think the waiters and managers should be well train about it

My main complaint for this location is that it has dirty carpet smell — yuck! Very off putting and it has been getting progressively worse. Probably won’t keep going if this is not fixed soon! The food — I love their salad, pasta fagiole and breadsticks. this is the reason I keep coming back :) I usually prefer their marinara and cream based sauces but that is quite a caloric load! I emphatically dislike their meat sauce and lasagna. I know they make it with sausage and though many others do, here it is off-putting. Saving graces for me are usually found in the lighter fare menu. I am a huge fan of the portobello ravioli! Tip: it’s not on the dinner menu but you can still order it at dinner :) Does not taste as if it is a lighter dish. The ravioli filling is creamy, mushroom goodness and the sauce is a decadent treat. I also like their grilled chicken and salmon options. Mangia

Well, you know Olive Garden food. I think it’s a hit or miss depending on the location you go to. First of all, I have been here several times and I have never waited less than 40 minutes for a table. So that’s just a full disclosure for you. My review is based on my most recent experience, although it does reflect all of the other times I have been here. Now to continue: when we finally got seated, we were immediately offered a complimentary taste of their wine… with DIRTY glasses. Gross. Oh and the wine was simply awful. We were served our waters and my stepfather ordered a lemonade — none of which were served with ANY ice at all! We had to asked for two extra glasses filled with ice. Who likes hot water and lemonade?! Bread and salad came quickly and were fine. We ordered an appetizer trio with fried zuccini, fried mozzarella, and stuffed mushrooms. I must say this was the most disappointing appetizer I have ever had. I am a huge huge huge fan of zucchini, especially fried zucchini, and this is the absolute worse fried zucchini I’ve ever had. They are medallion shaped and they are SO bread-y with the tiniest bit of tasteless zucchini inside. They actually tasted like soap. So weird. And so disappointing. Oh, and the mozzarella and stuffed mushroom — also awful. Didn’t taste fresh at all. After the bread, salad, and appetizers, it seemed to be an eternity until our entrees were served. I had the fettuccine alfredo as I usually do. It was awful. How could a plate of pasta be awful? First, it literally looked like it was THROWN on the plate. As if it were a lump of frozen pasta that was just microwaved and served. I wish I would have taken a pic, but I was so hungry after waiting so long that I just dug in. It tasted as awful as it looked. What a disappointment. My family had the same feeling about their entrees. Nobody enjoyed their entrees. I did give this place two stars instead of one because the service, although not the best, was really friendly and truly did their best. AND the salad and bread was decent. So there, two stars it is. I honestly do hope to come back and give this place a better rating. I know Olive Garden can be good, this location just needs to make major improvements.

Yes, 4 stars. Don’t get angry or suspicious, but I have very good reasons to give it a good rating. Since OG is a chain restaurant you have to have this in perspective when rating and evaluating it’s food, service and prices. So here we go: 1) This place is always packed. If the food and/or service was that terrible(as some reviewers pointed out), this place should be as empty as an echo chamber. If you go on a weekend night expect to wait from 30 minutes to more than a hour. Thus I usually sit at the bar, most of the time there are a couple of empty spots and I get seated immediately. The advantage of being at the counter is that you are served quickly and efficiently. And 100% of the time the bar waiter was awesome(I agree that a table waiter is a hit/miss situation, I have had waiters that irritated me so much that I was ready to leave without paying my bill, and sometimes I had phenomenal service, and sometimes someone that spoke no English… crazy… but don’t take crap, call the manager if the wait staff is stupid and/or rude) 2) Prices are usually very good for most dishes, plus you get a free salad and garlic bread. I have been to some«not so fancy» Italian restaurants were they charged $ 9 for a side salad and $ 6 for some bread and butter, making your $ 12 meatball pasta jump to $ 25… keep that in mind. In summary: think about the«value» of what you are getting. 3) Food: 80% of the time our dishes are very good. And if we don’t like it we just return it and ask for something else. Why should I eat something that is not to my liking anyway? The spaghetti with meat sauce, the pasta with meatballs, the Pappardelle Pescatore are all excellent. The appetizers like stuffed mushrooms, bruschetta, shrimp scampi are also very good. Sure, overall the food can’t beat Gabiano or Cibo, but it costs less that half as much, and the quality and taste of Gabiano is not exactly 200% better… once again, think about«value»… 4) The deserts are also very good, we love the Black Tie Mouse Cake, the Zeppoli and the Sicilian Cheese cake. The mouse cake is incredibly rich, and the Zeppoli delicious(and heavy!), Cheese cake is unique. In summary: if a talented manager would keep an eye on the service staff(kicking butt when needed, literally), this place would be one of the best Italian chain restaurants in Florida. Food is mostly very good to excellent, if you get something you don’t like please send it back, don’t let it spoil your evening, get something else. Prices are good… think about«value»! Cheers!

I’m amazed at the volume of people they serve here. I wouldn’t normally choose a chain restaurant but we received a gift card from a friend. We had a deep fried extravaganza and it was better than we thought. Of course it tasted kinda of one note after a while but that was our choosing. Love the zuppa toscana soup. Lasagna Fritta(fried!) $ 9.29 Spicy Calamari(fried!) $ 9.99 Risotto Bites(fried!) $ 5.00 Service was great.

My grandmother wanted to eat out this Saturday so we decided to come to Olive Garden. Wait time: 5 – 10 minutes. We didn’t wait a minute longer. We sat comfortably in the back with ample space to accommodate my grandmothers wheelchair. There were four clean wine glasses on the table that were never removed. I believe they were from the party before us. Not a big deal till our plates came! Waiter comes around to take our drink orders but we had to ask for glasses of water. My grandmother ordered a peach sangria that was delicious, but I had to bring it to the waiters attention that it hadn’t made it to the table yet. We ordered 3 entrees: 1 roasted garlic and rosemary chicken and 2 of La Cucina Mia specials. 1) Chicken dish was DELICIOUS! Super tender and juicy with a yummy sauce. It’s a light platter so it had no side. La Cucina Mia: you can chose bottomless soup or salad, select your pasta type, sauce, and any toppings are extra. 2) I chose the gnocchi and chicken soup YUM! It’s a must have always. It was bottomless so that’s all I wanted, so for the pasta I chose giant rigatoni with meat sauce. 3) Grandma ordered minestrone soup and for her pasta dish ordered whole wheat linguine since there was not a plain option with Alfredo sauce and shrimp. My grandmother asked for cheese in her soup and the waiter dumped it all in mine. He said he just swap it out for me. I was okay with that. I figured I’d have some salad while I waited, only there were no salad plates! Great! I had to tell the waiter to remember my soup and then it came about 15 minutes later. My main dish came before the soup. I didn’t eat the past, I took it home. I finished my grandmothers sangria and my mom ordered an espresso. Caro y malo estaba(expensive and bad) and my grandmother ordered a small chocolate mouse cake. Can’t complain much about the food. Just the customer service. Overall it was an OK experience. Believe it or not the Olive Garden in Cutler Bay is much better and cleaner!

Malo en todo después que conoces carinos restaurant te das cuenta que Olive garden no sirve sin contar que las copas sucias baño sucio, atención pésima, el camarero nos tiró el pan, los espaguetis gordos de estar una hora en agua en fin que no venimos más
