Came here a few weeks ago during lunch with a coworker and the pizza was really good despite the fact that the prosciutto was cold on the pizza? Did they just throw it on at the last minute? Certainly seems so, but since it was otherwise tasty, we ignored it. Ordered delivery to our office recently on a rainy day. An hour passed by and no pizza(even though a delivery guy from their place had just dropped something off 15 mins prior). I called to see what’s up, they tell né they’re backed up because of the weather, but that my order is on its way now. Another hour passes by and still no pizza. I call again and the person on the phone says our pizza is leaving soon. But I thought it was already on its way out? They didn’t want to cancel my order and claimed it wasn’t their fault that we had been waiting for two hours. This was awful customer service. I don’t think I’ll be a patron here again which is a shame because their pizza is pretty good when you can actually get some.

I have been coming here for a long time as it is close to my work. The restaurant has been the same for a long time however the management has changed several times. The original Loven Ovens was truly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. He left the oven and thanks to that today’s pizzas are still of high quality. I love pizza and would recommend this place. The waitress is a super nice person but at times she cannot handle the amount of people. I would say look inside and if not packed you can have a real good pie.

service is not great, it’s not bad, but definitely not great. But who cares about great service when it comes to good PIZZA… Pizza was good a bit too crispy to be considered NY style, but I liked it. next visit chicken parm. sub or meat lover stromboli

They have been more consistent lately, the pizza is good, the ceasar salad has good shaved chucks of Parmesan cheese. Today we had a chicken parm sub and eggplant parm sub that was on point. The chicken was a nice piece of breaded cutlet and the eggplant was fresh, moist and thoroughly cooked, not hard and rubbery around edges. The sub bread was fresh, crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. Other things ive had on other occasions that I recommend are the Anna’s salad and baked ziti(ask for it with ricotta instead of Alfredo sauce). My only gripe is that they close too early.

We love their lasagne. We get that all the time. Pizza is also very good. Great service, owner stayed late to accommodate us which does not happen often in other places. Very recommended, great place!!!

It is definitely the place I come to have lunch or dinner any time I am in Doral area. Amazing flavors, super fresh products and this«homemade» touch that just got me addicted…

Service is very good alway a smile and welcoming the Pizza at this place is very close to New York delicious my only dissapointment will be the garlic rolls they need to take the butter out and add real garlic and olive oil.

My favorite pizza, great crust and interesting specials, like the Greek with feta and olives. Prices are on the higher end, but this is not mass produced franchise quality pie either. If you like bread tasting dough you will like it. Phone orders could be a challenge due to language barrier. They really try to please you if you are patient.

Been here a few times, and loved their pizza each time. Lots of cheese, crisp, just the right amount of sauce. Great lunch specials. Yes they can be a little slow, not a lot of people are working but they’re nice and pleasant and everything was clean. I recommend!

Unfortunately, I’ve only had the Pizza, Several Times! but it’s one of the best. Compares very closely to Marino’s on Kendall drive. Great quality, reasonable prices, this is a must when you’re looking for a New York style pizza.

I work real close by, they have an awesome lunch special. 2 slices with soda for under $ 6 or 1 slice, garlic rolls, and salad. I underestimated this place but I actually like it a lot! Service is great. I called in to order in advance to not wait and as soon I got here it was ready. Good stuff!

The pizza is great but I have never had anything else. Lunch special is a good deal and to add a few toppings doesn’t cost much. The guys who work there are cool and my coworker would always ask for the to make his pizza crispy and they always obliged. No complaints from me about dine in and slices but when ordering a pie to go or pick up make sure to get the biggest size because they run small.

I am absurd at the fact that if you want to order separate orders and pay for them separately for the same delivery location they will charge $ 3 of delivery fee per transaction! They need to reconsider this as they will lose customers more and more customer for those of us whom order for delivery at offices. They just lost 3 customers!

Sorry folks. This place used to be Loven Ovens and was passable, bordering on good back then(for a quick lunch during the week). I just got back from the new place and here’s the skinny: Staff and Service: The other reviews here don’t surprise me. The waiter said they were short on help and that’s why it took him 10 minutes to take my order. He said this 10 minutes before he took my order. He could have just as easily taken my order the first time! Anyway, once my order finally came, I had food, no drink. The canned Coke followed shortly thereafter with a straw, no glass, no ice. Welcome to Europe! As to the fake cola on tap, no soda machine on my visit. In short, service sucked. Food: Passable. Sorta. For a stale slice at lunch, it’s not… Actually, you know what? No. Next time I’ll jump on 836 east to 95 south and hit Casola’s on 17th and US1. Seriously. It was hot. That was good. Other than that, there’s absolutely nothing remarkable about it. Now that I think about it — skip it. Entertainment: Here’s where I have the biggest beef: Christian music playing rather audibly throughout the restaurant. Now, if that’s what you’re into, that’s great — seriously But this really has no place in a business. I don’t want to be bombarded with songs about Jesus during lunch! It wasn’t even Christian songs — Jars of Clay were/are a great band! They did that song about the flood(aptly titled«Flood») back in the 90s. That’s not what was going on here. Every song. Jesus. Next track: Jesusie Boys. Next: Jesus Against the Machine. Next: Jesus Trick. Jesus Biscuit. Avril LaJesus. Jesus Dion. Jesus and Cher. Fall Out Jesus. Nine Inch Jesus. The Jesus Brothers. Jesus Bieber. Three Jesus Night. Jesus Gaga. U2Jesus. JesusPlay. Jesus-Rida. Pit Jesus. Jennifer LoJesus. Enrique IgJesuius. Weird Al Jesusowitz. The variety of pop impostor Jesus songs was impressive, but it got old fast. So, unless you’re up for mediocre food, bad service and a heavy dose of religious stuff, skip it.

We went to this restaurant looking for Loven Oven. What a mistake? We went during our lunch hour. The place was empty and it still took them 10 minutes to come around to our table. It’s important to get speedy service during our lunch hour. The server was very indifferent. They have imitation Cola on their soda fountain. I loved the lasagna from Loven Oven. It was great. But the lasagna from this place was very dry and stale. It was suppose to come with garlic rolls, but the server put them in front of my coworker and made it seemed like they were for the table, so everyone ate them. When I asked the server for my rolls, he told me those were mine and it was too bad that they ate them. My coworker ordered a Fettuccine Alfredo. It was so bad that he took one bit and returned it. He left without eating anything. All the time, while the restaurant was empty(I can see why), no one came around to check on us for refills and such. I’m so sad to see Loven Oven go. It was so good. We gave Nostra a chance, but they failed miserably. I doubt we will return.

Hubby went to lunch w/coworkers and said I had to write a review on his behalf b/c the experience was brutal. Pros: lots of seating. Cons: food and service. Hubby sent plate back and left w/out lunch. Hubby is very nice(not like me) and tips at least 18% even for bad service, so imagine how bad this plate was of fettuccine Alfredo that he couldn’t hack it. He will never return and I will never know first hand how terrible this place is.

Are you kidding me! If it were not for my craving of Italian food today and this place is close to work, I will not eat here again nor recommend to anyone I know! For the money, meatLESS lasagna and very dry. Comes with 2 brick garlicless rolls and house salad ok. A hell-to-the-no !!

I went to this restaurant looking for Loven Oven. Loven Oven was bought out by Nostra. This place has great food and good prices. You can’t beat their lunch specials. Good quantity and good quality for low price.
