Met One

AVOID! PAPER THIN WALLS.
Lived at Met One for two years. In my time living here the staff have been professional for the most part BUT Elevators constantly smell of weed, pool is often shut down for random reasons, the gym weights go missing (people steal them) and I guess the biggest one of them all, the main reason why I moved out is the paper thin walls. I can hear everything my next door, from the TV, house phone, cellphones, stereo and conversations! My neighbor had a 5AM wake up alarm and it woke me up every day.

I lived in Met 1 for two years and was beyond thrilled to leave that hell behind.
Management was HORRIFIC!
They allowed five individuals to move into the one bedroom next to me which is completely against Florida Realestate Laws. I brought it to their attention numerous times, called security on the tenants when they were throwing parties late into weeknights, and management could care less. The walls of this building are so paper thin that I could hear my avid cyclist neighbor’s iPhone go off every morning. I began getting harassed through the walls by the five individuals that liked to have an insane amount of people over at 2AM on a Tuesday… They began cursing at me through the walls constantly and when I went to the lovely management office they didn’t care!!! Management allows ANYONE to move in and the hallways always reeked of weed!
I am so happy to be out of this LOW END BUILDING!

I don’t live here… but I visit my cousin who does. The views are amazing & Security is top notch. It has the perfect location! The front driveway is under construction right now, so you valet through the loading zone but that doens’t bother me because I know it will look amazing in a few weeks!

I am an international student and did not want to live on campus. Therefore, I searched all of brickell, literally ALL!
I finally found Met 1 and loved it ! The best price and best size in the market! Trust me!
Ameneties are amazing, and it is located perfectly!

Living here for almost two years has been wonderful. This building is right on the bay with breathtaking views seeing all the way to South Beach. Gorgeous infinity pool, gym, party room, conference rooms, sauna, lockers, etc… It has so much to offer the residents.
This has been our first experience living in a condo verses being in a single family home. I will say we know we picked the right building as it has been a fabulous experience. The elevator’s are quick, the entire staff is so professional and friendly and the best part is the association. The building is very clean. The management company does a fantastic job making sure every resident is happy, and taken care of.
Sure no building is perfect, like the valet being on the side of the building was not the smartest layout. But hey, the valet is friendly, very rarely do you ever have to wait long for your car. Call down beforehand and it will be waiting for you.
Every condo has nice touches like hurricane proof windows and glass doors, Italian cabinetry, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful marble showers.
If you are looking to live the urban lifestyle in an awesome building, with excellent prices look no further this building has so much to offer.
Much thanks to the entire staff who has made our lives adjusting to condo living wonderful. Met One will always have a very special place in our hearts.
