Eye-N-Eye Vision Center – Dr Andrew Chen

I love Dr. Chen’s business practice. It is one of the few places I have gone to in the Southeast were if you have an appointment at 10 am you will be taken care of at or before 10 am, unless emergency occurs of course. I have seen Dr. Chen 3 times over the past two months since I’m doing contact lens fittings and in none of my visits this has been different, including early AM, late Pm and mid day.
The staff is very friendly and Dr. Chen is very professional and helpful. only Dr. in 4 clinics i visited in South Florida that was able to get a prescription in my right eye.

I never write reviews. But I feel compelled to do so after the wonderful experience I had with Dr Chen and his staff today. My youngest daughter has been suffering from migraines recently and thinking it may be eye related, I made an appointment. For her, and for me as well. Now, I want all you fellow Unilocalers to know that I chose this establishment BECAUSE of the favorable Unilocal reviews. Lol
I couldn’t be happier with that decision. Dr Chen was patient, thorough and very detailed. His staff was attentive and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
He treated us with the kind of attention you don’t encounter very often. Nine times out ten, a doctor just wants to rush through the appointment, give you a prescription and send you on your way. This was not the case here. He took his time explaining the different issues and potential solutions.

Dr. Chen & his staff are great! I called Patti a few weeks ago to recommend an ophthalmologist for my mom because her ophthalmologist cancelled her appointment. Patty called the ophthalmologist’s office and had them call me to make an appointment. Now that is customer service! They go above & beyond! Our whole family comes here.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Chen and his staff. Unlike many other vision centers, you are not just a number with Eye-​n-​eye. I honestly felt like part of the family and found that Dr. Chen was genuinely concerned with my eye health. The staff was spectacular and they were very patient with me as I chose frames that were just right. You’ve got a patient for life… thank you!
